The Junction 3. Owned by central development, they are making more profit from invalid fines than rent collection. I was shocked when fine fees jumped from R250 to R1000 when I was issued a noise fine of a R1090 during the day,power and water got cut off and this essential services will only be restored once you pay if you refuse pay and challenge the fine then they will threaten to cansel your leas, lock your furniture with 2 months rent pentalies and uf you don't pay the 2 months rent you will be black listed The Guy who is a building Manager there is very aggressive towards tenats, inconsiderate and always want to be right. Do not go there. I can't wait for my lease to expire 😡😡😡😠

****ers, they create *****ulent fines to keep deducting more money from you, I have had my water and power cut twice while my rent payments are uptodate, I don't have water and power now but my rent is paid in full Kevin . The building Manager there Kevin perumal is ******, irretional
