Our Valentines Family Weekend Way Was Absolutely Horrible. We booked & paid online for our accommodation. We booked from the 13th - 16th February. On the 13th we reached at 10.30pm, but only got checked in at 11.15. That's over 45 mins waiting period. Our room was on the 10th floor. My granny had to walk 8 floors down just for Breakfast. The staff was absolutely rude & then we got harassed and embarrassed by management at the breakfast lounge in front of everyone. Our room had chipped cups, & a toilet that wasn't flushing. Our stay was absolutely horrible.

shocking service at the blue dolphin tonight...wife and i both told we cannot order pizza outside...we have to sit at bar..all we wanted was a drink and 2 take away pizza...this waiter then said if you order pizza you must finish it and dont leave a slice or you wont get the half price discount...shocking service and a ****** problem with this guy...

The view and breakfast proper but the attitude of the people that help us with room services sucks, so this morning the came and made the bed but did not clean the showers or anything either then the bed when we called in they promised to send someone l, which they did, when we came back from the hotel we simply ask for a mo so we can clean after ourselves as we had sand all over and they said yoh this room again. I mean we were gonna do it ourselves we just asked what we can use. After we went out again we found our electricity card missing we informed them about it which I don’t even understand why it was taken out from the 1st place when the lady came to bring the card back she simply didn’t even great just stood there like we were bothering her, we could even ask her for anything else we needed because she just didn’t want to talk, we then called to ask for water as they saw the two empty bottles but did refill and guess what that was also an issue the lady and the phone also said yoh after we told her the room number and the one that brought the bottles said we had to many requests. I mean I wouldn’t have called of the room was properly cleaned, water refilled and if our card went missing so how do we have many requests based on the wrong things they do I’ll

I had a terrible experience with this hotel! I don’t think I will ever go back there again! First and far most I had to pay an extra amount because my reservation was mixed up, it did not include my younger brother who is 4 years old. They made me pay for an adult price for breakfast instead of paying for a child! Secondly the towels had stains on them. Lastly they gave someone else our parking bay while we went out for dinner, at that time we had not even checked out!! My family were not happy at all!

I had a terrible experience with this hotel! I don’t think I will ever go back there again!
