A big thank you to RCI in having a staff like Ruben Soobramoney. In many companies it is difficult to find competent and efficient workers like Ruben. He is truly a gem in RCI and keeps clients up to date with information and tries to help as best as he can. He never delays his responses with tons of excuses but is prompt with a a reply whether it is favourable or not. A staff like Ruben uphold the name and image of the company. Gongratulations to RCI for having a staff like Ruben. Its always a pleasure to deal with someone of his calabre.
Very disappointing response from Old Mutual with a dont care attitude. I have a policy with them for 30 years and has matured over 7 months ago. I have submitted all documents repeatedly to them and as at todate, no response has been received from them nor have they paid out. I tried calling them but they put you through different departments and you wait for over half an hour on your cell phone. Old mutual dont respond to emails nor do they return any calls. Very disappointing and disgusted with such a "reputable company". Old mutual service is really gone OLD AND COLD - Disappointed client
Very efficient service. We were 9 people in all. Waiter was fast and quick. Never complained at all and attended to all our needs without any fuss. Her name was Thuleka. Highly recommend this Spur for an experience if you haven't visited them as yet. The outside views are beautiful as well. Thuleka gives the company a 5 star rating. We'll done.
Pathetic and uncaring attitude of the Manager, Thabsile. Went on 23 Jan 2026 and bought many items through the Drive Through. Firstly the Sweetcorn in the cup was half full (3 cups purchased) and secondly, the burgers bought had one drop of sauce and the rest of the burgers were plain. Thirdly, when my daughter opened her burger, there was A HUGH FLY that flew out of the box. I informed the manager, who was so uncaring and said she couldnt do anything and that I must come back to the shop to exchange it. I went to Checkers and then to McDonalds via an uber. Now I must spend money again to uber to and from McDonalds. I am a pensioner and to spend this kind of money is not easy for me. The manager, point blankly said, SHE COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. This is very disappointing and I definitely wont be going there again. McDonald Bluff sucks.
My daughter ordered two pizzas. When they were delivered, the box was smashed and the pizzas were tilted and stuck to the lid. Secondly, it was so poorly made and undercooked in the ovens. Maybe they were rushing and sent her an half backed pizza. She never had this issue from bluff branch. Montclair should take more pride in their preparation of food and delivery. Sad and disappointed.
Very disappointed. Took a maintenance plan when I purchased an Hyundai staria. Paid cash for the plan. I had a problem with the vehicle failing to start. I managed to get it to mobeni Hyundai. They did a battery test twice and eventually found a cell is dead which is draining the battery. Liquid capital is failing to honor its obligation to replace the battery. They don't care if clients get stuck on the road. Liquid capital is a problematic company used by Hyundai. Disgraceful company. Disregard to clients.
I have a fully paid maintenance plan on my staria. Has a problem with my battery as I got stuck on the road. The vehicle was brought in to Hyundai mobeni, Durban and is there for two days now. They charge it and it says good but recharge again. They did this 3 times now and has not replaced the battery. I don't have a vehicle and have to Uber to places. This is ridiculous with Hyundai. Pathetic service and maintenance plans should be carefully considered. Disappointed.
Complements yo Ruben Soobramoney of RCI. Very helpful and guided us on the right path. His friendly disposition and patients speaks volumes. He timeously calls back and assist us. Hope RCI and other companies emulate Ruben character in developing and enhancing the image of a company. RCI made the right choice with Ruben Soobramoney.
Poor response and dont care attitude. I had a problem with my travel insurance with TIC. After 3 months, they have not as yet assisted us with our claim. I have submitted all documentation to them but they make it so difficult for us, especially retired pensioners that it causes so much pain and heartache. We submitted what was within our powers, but they still refuse to acknowledge and settle the matter. TIC only want your money, so desperate to put us under such stress and trauma. Disgraceful, Never recommend anyone to take traval insurance with them.
