Ruben Soobramoney is a Gem for RCI
A big thank you to RCI in having a staff like Ruben Soobramoney. In many companies it is difficult to find competent and efficient workers like Ruben. He is truly a gem in RCI and keeps clients up to date with information and tries to help as best as he can. He never delays his responses with tons of excuses but is prompt with a a reply whether it is favourable or not. A staff like Ruben uphold the name and image of the company. Gongratulations to RCI for having a staff like Ruben. Its always a pleasure to deal with someone of his calabre.

RCI Customer Care
I am a very unhappy customer. On 10/12/2025 I emailed RCI and asked whether there is a signed contract by me with them or a copy of their rules signed by me. If so to please send me a copy of these documents. Since first asking I asked three more times. Sad to say no acknowledgement of my emails or an answer of if any sorts.

Chauline please remember your words "Good luck with that, your calls are recorded".
I incorrectly made an online booking and called in to get assistance having it changed and despite being polite the lady working with online bookings name Chauline was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very condescending matter and when i asked to be transferred to someone who was actually willing to assist her remark was "Good luck with that". I called back and chose the correct option and was redirected to her. i do not expect such poor service from a company like RCI. I usually ask for Bilal to assist me who does so in a very professional manner, but i was told when i called in that i needed to get assistance from the person who took my call. if someone does not want to do their job they should not merely occupy a space and being down others who are actually committed

Why would you ever bother putting anything into RCI, it is no longer worth it.
I have been a member of RCI for about 25 years, and over the years, it simply gets more and more difficult to be able to get any accommodation through them. Recently I tried to get accommodation in South Africa or Souhern Africa, nothing was available until April. I then tried for overseas, nothing was available until September, which basically I had no choice to accept. Taking my timeshare levy and the RCI costs, I have now paid over R20 000.00/ $1000.00 for a time I really did not want. Really, really it makes no sense any longer to use them. Rather rent out your timeshare and use the money to pay for a holiday, where and when you want.

NO REGARD FOR GUESTS
Wish I could give zero stars Absolutely no regard to guests or people being Lifted Today guests were stranded at a resort because they don't book certain dates on they site yet points and money were taken! Please explain how serious do yourl take people's time and money!!! What are yourl doing as a big company besides inconveniencing people!

Wish I could give zero stars Absolutely no regard to guests or people being Lifted Today guests were stranded at a resort because they don't book certain dates on they site yet points and money were taken! Please explain how serious do yourl take people's time and money!!! What are yourl doing as a big company besides inconveniencing people!

RCI does not respond to timeshare holders, do not purchase points.
Its unfathomable that reaching out to RCI, once spending hundreds of thousands of rands, that no reply is forthcoming. Future purchaser, please ensure a written confirmation from the sales agent is received prior to conclusion and payment.
