This hotel is deteriorating
I had a terrible experience with this hotel! I don’t think I will ever go back there again! First and far most I had to pay an extra amount because my reservation was mixed up, it did not include my younger brother who is 4 years old. They made me pay for an adult price for breakfast instead of paying for a child! Secondly the towels had stains on them. Lastly they gave someone else our parking bay while we went out for dinner, at that time we had not even checked out!! My family were not happy at all!

Unprofessional, ********* and money making scheme
I regret registering with this institution. Rather go to a different institution because this is just a money making scheme rather than a proper school that cares about it's students. I have been calling for such a long time to ask for de-registration because I had lost my job and would not be able to pay my school fees and one of the consultant told me to ask my family members for money to pay my school fees or else I will be blacklisted. When I ask to be transferred to the finance department, I would wait on the line for 30 min and the call would be cut. Everyday I get anxious because how can I even borrow money when I lost my job. Worst school ever.

Don’t ever ever ever buy the Volkano WiFi mini ups, it’s a big ****. Firstly it’s false advertising because it wrote that the ups could last more than 4 hours. On the first day this ups could barely even last 2 hours. As the week went by, the hours decreased. This is the worst product and a waste of money, I regret buying this!! I wish I could get my refund!

Makro online shopping is the worst!!
Makro online shopping is the worst!! I ordered a Hisense fridge online and paid for it on Tuesday morning and now it’s Friday and my order is still not even handed to the courier or been delivered. There’s no communication or anything about my fridge. I regret shopping on Makro online!!
