Disappointing Experience with Volkano Smart Watches – Poor Quality & Reliability
I am disappointed with the quality and reliability of Volkano smart watches. Initially, I purchased the Syncron Series smart watch, but within less than a week it developed a fault. I returned it and exchanged it for the Soul Series smart watch, hoping for a better experience. At first, the Soul Series worked well, but after just one month, it has now stopped charging completely. This is extremely frustrating, as I have now experienced faults with two different Volkano watches in a very short period of time. This raises serious concerns about the overall quality and durability of these products. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a Volkano smart watch. Unfortunately, my trust in this brand has been completely broken. I would appreciate feedback from Volkano on how they intend to resolve this matter.

Volkano 3 in 1 (smart watch, Headset and bluetooth speaker)
By “budget-friendly,” they seem to mean the cheapest equipment they could find. The headset is completely useless—it sounds like everything is being heard inside a tunnel, and the microphone doesn’t work at all since no one can hear you. It’s just terrible. I used it twice and tried changing the settings to improve it, but nothing helped. As for the smar****ch, it works well, but the battery life leaves a lot to be desired. After a single bike ride or walking session, it needs to be charged again, as it won’t last another 2–4 hours without recharging.

Poor Customer Service -Volkano SA
I bought a volkano vxs300 blietooth speaker from Makro end of Decber 2023 .Unbeknown to me the salesperson was a casual worker and terms and conditions given were not as specified as he told me the warranty was two years .The speaker is not used regularly as it remains at my mom's place which is unoccupied except during easter and December holidays .Late year i experienced static when ising the device and started communicating with Volkano for troubleshooting remedies .No response and during easter of 2025 i realized that the problem is worsening. I send numerous enquries and. even went to the company premises .I was send to and fro and eventually left as no one could show me the repairs section to check what is the problem instead even the security guard kept on saying that this will cost. me .I send an email but that was also ignored .

Kids Headphones
Side story first really wanted to buy myself the power series watch but when you have a budget kids come first. I would like to extend my greatest appreciation for kid freandly volume on you spiderman and frozen head phones. My kids love max volume and thanks to you this is not a problem anymore. Love te design and the stickers thank you for thinking of more than a product but my kids hearing as well

Volkano products are *******.
Firstly, my brother and I bought Bluetooth headphones. Mine were the Sport version, for jogging. His were for listening at night, connected to his phone music, or FM radio. Both sets didn't last more than a year. Thank heavens for corded earphones that come standard with our phones. Secondly was a birthday gift: A mini subwoofer speaker. It died without warning. Just gave up the ghost. I'm never buying Volkano products.
