Disappointing Experience with Volkano Smart Watches – Poor Quality & Reliability

I am disappointed with the quality and reliability of Volkano smart watches.

Initially, I purchased the Syncron Series smart watch, but within less than a week it developed a fault. I returned it and exchanged it for the Soul Series smart watch, hoping for a better experience.

At first, the Soul Series worked well, but after just one month, it has now stopped charging completely.

This is extremely frustrating, as I have now experienced faults with two different Volkano watches in a very short period of time. This raises serious concerns about the overall quality and durability of these products.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a Volkano smart watch. Unfortunately, my trust in this brand has been completely broken.

I would appreciate feedback from Volkano on how they intend to resolve this matter.
