Side story first really wanted to buy myself the power series watch but when you have a budget kids come first. I would like to extend my greatest appreciation for kid freandly volume on you spiderman and frozen head phones. My kids love max volume and thanks to you this is not a problem anymore. Love te design and the stickers thank you for thinking of more than a product but my kids hearing as well
I went to get my daughters medicine at the Middelburg Mall Clicks Pharmacy. I have gone cardless for over a year. I have a clicks card on my phone and my bank card so I do not carry my wallet with me. As I get to the counter and give the lady my phone she tells me I need your ID. I told her I do not have it with me. She told me she will not help me if I do not provide a ID or my Medical cars. I have not issued a ID or my Medical aid card as I have been getting my blood pressure and pain medicine at this branch for more than a year. I have never been told and treated like this. This is poor service and you do not want some people's business
Nice an fun filled action packed activities for the family. From mountain biking to scratch patch. The reptile park was very nice and the food was proper. My kids enjoyed the train and the trampoline park
Worst service I have had and the cherry on the cake.... It is always lovely when the service manager lies to you. I am really disappointed in the lack of service from the Service Manager and the DP as they both never did any effort to get back to me regarding my issues. I have also spoken to Toyota South Africa and and was told I would have feedback by the 2nd just one more broken promise. My first ref 1419706 still not resolved.
I took my vehicle in as I had a strange sound on the left front. Asked for propper feedback my vehicle had less than 40000km on and Toyota service manager told me " driving on gravel roads and wear and tear is the reason" I asked to have a look at the vehicle records if there is not any issues on them from the factory 0 feedback. Service manager is besides *********** and dishonest **** to me in my face and my wife regarding her vehicle that we had to take back 3 times as they did not do any effort on fixing the problem we highlited. To make matters worse they asked me to leave the vehicle there as they are not done with the problem. In reality they never ever started and **** straight up in my face. This got so bad I was at the DP no suprize he did nothing nor get back to me on my questions I asked. This is really disappointing service and terrible management
I was at the Tugela 1 Stop on the way back hom from Ballito. I have 2 small children and I was disgusted with how bad an unclean the parent/wheelchair bathroom was. Dirty broken toilet with no toilet seat and even the tap was broken. It was disgusting on the inside to add on that. I only use Engen and this let me down guys this is not acceptable for parents nor someone in a wheelchair. I even have photos of this
I would like to give the most appreciated service i have gotten from Clicks in years. Shone from the midwater middelburg branch has next level of service. His level of professionalism and customer service is for the books. A guy with that personality is amazing
I have had insurance with you since I got my house. There was an issue in June regarding the debit order from your side in June due to a system error caused by "loadshedding". I called to find out what the issue was as you guys never did the effort. I asked could i pay and manually and was told no the system does not work that way... with no communication or nothing you guys now take 2 debit orders this month and run my account into a negative
So my card expired your courier has not delivered it. I called younon Saturday and I was told that Kgomotso Lebese will call them and get back to me on Monday. No service was delivered but i must pay the service fee how is this fair. I am not at all happy with my debit card not delivered on time nor that it has not been delivered. I was sent a snotty Email by the courier to call them if i want my card.... i did not send it with them nor do i pay them. You get payed to deliver a service so please deliver this
