Our Unpleasant Stay At Blue Waters Hotel 13 - 16 Feb 2026
Our Valentines Family Weekend Way Was Absolutely Horrible. We booked & paid online for our accommodation. We booked from the 13th - 16th February. On the 13th we reached at 10.30pm, but only got checked in at 11.15. That's over 45 mins waiting period. Our room was on the 10th floor. My granny had to walk 8 floors down just for Breakfast. The staff was absolutely rude & then we got harassed and embarrassed by management at the breakfast lounge in front of everyone. Our room had chipped cups, & a toilet that wasn't flushing. Our stay was absolutely horrible.0 replies
