My partner booked a ticket for me from Welkom to Cape Town from a ShopRite in Cape town. My bus was supposed to depart at 16-40 on 8 February 2025 and I am currently still waiting for the bus to arrive. I have tried calling 2 numbers, and the 1 in Cape town told me the bus is in Grasmere. That was just after 6pm. Note that it is now 1-10 on 9 February 2025. I have tried since 7 to call APM again, but all their numbers either ring and goes dead or does not ring at all. I have emailed their booking service and got a return email saying I will be contacted within 3 hours. I am fed up tired and extremely frustrated. I will now have to book another ticket to get home with money that I do not have. I also have to spend money on a taxi to get me back to the people I stayed with.
