Worst bus i have ever used. The bus took us from thw park station in joburg, we traveled for like 30 minues and stopped at a garage to swap buses( we stood there. For almsot two hours). The bus we were changed to was over loaded we struggled to find places to sit,the coordinators had to ask children who had paid for bus tickets to be held and sit on top of the elders that had no seats. We hot lost at some point, drivers could not even use a navigator busy asking people for directions, we had to come to their rescue as passangers. We travelled long hours and got 4 hours late to the destination. Would not recommend that bus at all, everything is south rxpect for their prices

I was kicked out of the bus having paid the return ticket, reason behind that was the complaint I lodged to the drivers who were driving the bus from Capetown to Durban on the 13 June 2025. They were supposed to arrive at 19H00 at Bellville but they arrived at 20H45 having no explanation and apology. The weather was cold and taxis were no more . They took me to police station where I asked the police officers to test me of drunkenness, they didn't. They aren't responding to pay my return ticket back as I initiated before that they must refund me. I'm regretting to announce that they acted cruel and I am in need of that money

My partner booked a ticket for me from Welkom to Cape Town from a ShopRite in Cape town. My bus was supposed to depart at 16-40 on 8 February 2025 and I am currently still waiting for the bus to arrive. I have tried calling 2 numbers, and the 1 in Cape town told me the bus is in Grasmere. That was just after 6pm. Note that it is now 1-10 on 9 February 2025. I have tried since 7 to call APM again, but all their numbers either ring and goes dead or does not ring at all. I have emailed their booking service and got a return email saying I will be contacted within 3 hours. I am fed up tired and extremely frustrated. I will now have to book another ticket to get home with money that I do not have. I also have to spend money on a taxi to get me back to the people I stayed with.

I booked a ticket from Cape Town to Beaufort West. The bus company rescheduled my bus to 4 hours earlier on the day of departure and I could not make it. They were unwilling to give me a refund. They have the worst customer service ever.

I just don't know why Computicket still has them on their system. Don't book AMP tickets; you will be taken for a ride. They called me around 12 to say the bus would be postponed to the following day, which was part one of being stranded.

This is the worst bus service ever!!!!! Had to wait for more than 1 hour 30 minutes at a bus stop with no shelter, standing alone and freezing!!!!! There’s absolutely no way to get through to the company, no communication to inform of the delay nothing! Imagine standing and waiting on a bus at 2:30 and it only arrives at past 4 am! No apology from the driver nothing! HOW PATHETIC!!! I’m beyond disgusted and this business should rather close down if they can’t atleast value customers jeeeeeeez!!!!! I want my refund for this inconvenience!!!!
