They just stopped dedication without any explanation. When trying to find out they took me from pillar to post with o clear explanation. I'm therefore afraid of the old policy just drop premium. I think they should have given me a call for what ever change or transition to happen
They neglected my call for refund of the return ticket to Jeffrey's Bay and back to Bellville of the 13 June 2025
They promised me that they will give me a call pertaining the investigation of the *****ulent/ ununderstandable premium that were deducting on my persal. They just stopped without telling me what is going on. I therfore want my refund for all the deducted.
They are not willing to paying back my money as they kicked me out of their bus without evidence . I paid return trip ticket as I was supposed to be leaving Bellville about 19 hours . On the 13 June 2025 heading to Jeffrey's Bay. They arrived two hours late and as commuters we asked why they didn't inform us that they were delayed. That alone caused high tempers to drivers. I was on my right to ask ad I had no transport to go back because it was late already. They gone to police station where they should have asked for drunken tests.as they suspected me of being drunk. As I was not drunk I demanded it but invading they forced me out of the bus and drove away with out refunding my ticket. I'm looking for my refund
They neglected my car whilst they' were filling petrol and doing checking in 2018 on the 14.of December. Their petrol attendant left my car water bottle enclosed and he closed the bonnet . On my arrival from bathroom he claimed that everything was fine . Only to find out th he didn't close the lid and led to overheating and the top gasket blow.eglen up. They're not willing to paying the damages repairs funds that costed me around R28000
They deduct money with out my concern . I enquired there's no follow up. And they continued ( two funeral policies) for one person with different premiums) I only know one policy
I was kicked out of the bus having paid the return ticket, reason behind that was the complaint I lodged to the drivers who were driving the bus from Capetown to Durban on the 13 June 2025. They were supposed to arrive at 19H00 at Bellville but they arrived at 20H45 having no explanation and apology. The weather was cold and taxis were no more . They took me to police station where I asked the police officers to test me of drunkenness, they didn't. They aren't responding to pay my return ticket back as I initiated before that they must refund me. I'm regretting to announce that they acted cruel and I am in need of that money
I feel very much sorry for Miway as they acted cruel on my claim towards my accdent which was caused by their client. It was on the early hours of the 05/June 2025. Till to date they are duck and diving with payment which they reduced from the original qoutes to suit they inflaited amount of their choicr They're not responding when I'm calling them
