I booked a ticket from Cape Town to Beaufort West. The bus company rescheduled my bus to 4 hours earlier on the day of departure and I could not make it. They were unwilling to give me a refund. They have the worst customer service ever.
I ordered with Pick n Pay asap on Saturday in the morning. First they brought the wrong order. Which I sent back. Then I was waiting until late afternoon for correct order. Then they cancelled the order. But I did not get my money back. R840. Told me I must wait 1 - 10 working days for refund. Then I phoned the bank today, who said if I can get PNP to confirm that their is a refund pending. The bank would release the funds. I have been contacting them by email whole day today with no reply.
I lost my phone in a uber. They could not track the car or give me contact details for the driver. R6000 gone. Thanks, Uber
I have contacted loom 9 days ago and no one has been in contact with me. They have no listed number so you cant phone. I am really disappointed. Doesn't seem like client service is their priority.
