Awesome service!!! Quick turnaround, but I miss them when they were still an independent company. But KingPrice is not doing a too bad of a job, Room for improvement especially when it come to customer service/Interaction. They can be very nice when they want you to buy in, but otherwise when its time to claim.

I am sick and tired of insurance companies that take money from us and always end up not covering an incident! I should have never covered my items with Loom, who was underwritten or working with King price at some point! A whole mess if I must say! If you have had your items insured with Loom and moved over to KingPrice they are both the same! I have been crying for assistance on a claim for almost a year now! I have been told I will not be assisted by KingPrice because I was covered with Loom! Loom is nowhere to be found, a fly by night insurance in this day and age! Well done for making me feel like a fool and for taking my money for nothing! Someone needs to pay for that phone that I had cover for and I guess it will be mind sweat and hard work and not the insurance I had! Left handing!

I swear to god if I can know where your damn offices are, I will burn it to the ground. If have sent emails to cancel this damn insurance but you damn imbeciles keep stealing much needed money from my account

I would like to thank loom/King price insurance for the service they rendered to me. My experience was faultless and helpful. They were super nice and friendly, especially Juandrè Nortje. I can't thank them enough. As soon as I paid my excess fee, my device was delivered to me the next day.

My experience with Loom Insurance which is now owned by King Price has been the worst. I recently submitted a claim for a stolen device and they are refusing to give me the device I had initially insured. I have been offered a device that has way more storage capacity than the originally insure device and this has cost implications and I am now expected to pay a significantly high excess. This is beyond unfair. They are not even responding to my emails and I cannot get a hold of them via telephone. Will definitely move to another cellphone insurance company after this. I am Livid.

My experience with Loom Insurance which is now owned by King Price has been the worst. The worst insurance ever, I took out cover for my phone in 2019, I lost my phone recently and when I submitted a claim I was told I am not covered because I didn't submit pictures of my phone or they were unclear when I took out the cover and they declined my claim, I have been paying for insurance since 2019 and now that I have a claim, I'm given stories, this is the worst insurance company
