I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the consistent discrepancy between advertised specials and actual in-store availability at Spar Tops Zevenwacht Mall. My latest visit on December 31st was a perfect example of this. I specifically went to the store looking for the Brutal Fruit special that they advertised, only to find that they had NONE IN STOCK. This is not the first, second, or even third time that I've experienced this issue at this store. It's becoming a norm, and I'm fed up. Other Spar Tops stores consistently have advertised specials in stock, they make sure to stock a lot. But not at this specific store. It's like they are intentionally misleading customers. I even spoke to the manager/supervisor at Tops and he was busy smiling telling me he understood what I was saying and "apologizing" sarcastically while looking at his staff who were giggling. I drove to get to this store, hoping to find the advertised special. Instead, I had to buy something I'd never tried before just to have something to drink for New Year's. This is unacceptable. I demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Furthermore, I request that you contact the Brutal Fruit supplier and request that they send more stock to your store. It's clear that you're not receiving sufficient stock to meet customer demand. This is not only frustrating but also misleading and deceptive. I demand better from retailers, especially those that advertise specials to lure customers in.
A sales guy sold me a contract. I told him I did not have an ID as I lost it and he advised I get a temporary ID. I was up and down with Mondo and DSV couldnt take my temporary ID then wanted an original ID. I app**** at Home Affairs and there was a backlog that delayed the arrival of the ID. I was in contact with both DSV and MTN. My ID has arrived now and all to find out, the contract has been cancelled. What appalling service from them.
I have no words for such a big public entity like Home Affairs!!! The service is appalling, the customer service staff behavior is disgusting!!!!! I have been waiting for my ID for 4 weeks now, no words form the, no message alert for delays' nothing! Public services are the WORST My order is stuck at Couriers and might be returned back because of your slow system and unprofessional service! SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT ENTITIES ARE DISGUSTING TO BE HONEST!!!!! They don't even reply to simple things like emails!!!!!!!!
This is the worst company ever and their verification system is utter nonsense!!!! I ordered a phone through MTN telephonically. The phone could not be delivered because I don't have a physical ID. I went on to do a temporary ID while I wait for a new ID re-issue, they said it's not suitable. I explained that I app**** for an ID and passport on the 18th of July, the ID has not arrived due to Home Affairs backlog, but I have received my passport. I was told I can't use my passport because I app**** with an ID, I app**** telephonically, and no ID was required. I have receipts that I am still waiting for an ID re-issue but still not enough. This is so frustrating; their system is frustrating because I have everything to prove my IDENTITY! This is the worst delivery company ever, they are very inconsiderate!!!!!!!!! My phone has been held for 4 weeks now and my ID is yet to come, home affairs don't have a timeframe for their backlog either!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AND MTN SHOULD CHANGE THEIR COURIER COMPANY, THIS IS NONSENSE!!!
This is the worst bus service ever!!!!! Had to wait for more than 1 hour 30 minutes at a bus stop with no shelter, standing alone and freezing!!!!! There’s absolutely no way to get through to the company, no communication to inform of the delay nothing! Imagine standing and waiting on a bus at 2:30 and it only arrives at past 4 am! No apology from the driver nothing! HOW PATHETIC!!! I’m beyond disgusted and this business should rather close down if they can’t atleast value customers jeeeeeeez!!!!! I want my refund for this inconvenience!!!!
