bad very bad delivery company if you wanna order something ask first which deliver company they use if they say dsv courier run with your money... Since 31/03/2026 i ordered a wrouter fron PI By mtn i was always contacting customer service and keep saying we are delivering until today 14/05/2026 one month Abd 2 Weeks, i ordered another wrouter from afrihost, and they comes with the parcel but they can't handle because there OTP system is not working lol all documents they asked i have prove of address id and the number that PI by mtn gived to them to contact me..It is very painful since I have already paid MTN for a month of May and pro rata of April, but I can't get my order on time to use services. Now I had to use my last money to buy data from different network in order to get everyone connected at home. I am very disappointed by this company service. MTN has billed me for something which I don`t have because DSV can't deliver the right product on time at the right place. But delivering the parcel lu2 don't go with them please they are not serious.

Dissatisfaction with the service received from DSV regarding the delivery of my bank card. Despite multiple attempts to make contact, none of my phone calls have been answered. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially considering the importance of the delivery. The level of service I have experienced is unacceptable and does not meet basic customer service standards. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unreliable service I’ve received from DSV. My delivery was originally scheduled for the 24th of April, and it never arrived. After following up, I was promised it would be delivered by the 28th of April — once again, no delivery and no proper communication. Now I’m being told I will only receive my package on the 4th of May 2026. That’s a total of 11 days waiting for something that was supposed to take no more than 4 days. This delay has caused me significant stress, as I urgently needed the contents of that package. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Broken promises, missed deadlines, and poor communication have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone who values reliability or professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unreliable service I’ve received from DSV. My delivery was originally scheduled for the 24th of April, and it never arrived. After following up, I was promised it would be delivered by the 28th of April — once again, no delivery and no proper communication. Now I’m being told I will only receive my package on the 4th of May 2026. That’s a total of 11 days waiting for something that was supposed to take no more than 4 days. This delay has caused me significant stress, as I urgently needed the contents of that package. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have been waiting for my Standard Bank card for 4 weeks now and I’ve been calling every week. We do delivery arrangements but they never deliver. Their service is very poor and they must close down that business

I booked a phone through MTN on the 27th and they delivered the phone to DSV on the 30th. Since then it has been a complete dog show. They have missed 3 appointments with no notice or communication. i have spent hours in total on the phone with them and everytime it is the same story...we will call you back and garentee delivery today. then nothing. then i phone back and they say it has been escalated and garentee same day delivery ... they never get back to you and hold your package hostage since they dont allow collections. it has now been 16 days that they have held my package and all i get are empty promises. the level of incompetance is astounding. if at all able avoid avoid avoid.
