I paid for my registration documents on the 26th of October 2025 to date I am still waiting. I have sent emails and no response. I called them on the 25th of November 2025 we got cut of cause my airtime was depleted. They did not bother to call me back.
I had booked accomodation via booking.com. I need led to cancel since I had a funeral. Booking 4166191854 I needed my refund as I could not make up my mind as to when I can travel again. They took me from pillar to post. They ended up saying I need to book a new date and refused to give me back my money.
I booked accomodation with booking.com and my mother passed on. I informed booking .com and they said I should ask the hotel to give me refund. The hotel refused. The said I should change the date. I told them I am self employed I don't know when I will be available to travel.
I hired a car online booking number DC-6708427 Confirmation number DCH4393534-4372547. I hired the car from the 4th of December 2023 and returning on the 7th of December 2023. The pick up time was 03:00 am and dropping off 20:00 pm. A guy by the name of Sello called on a Sunday the 3rd of December 2023 wanting to drop the car at my place I refused. We were at the airport at 3:00 am and he was not at the airport. At 03:40 he called to say he is on his way to the airport I was surprised cause they said they are at the airport. He arrived and he said the car is at Rhodsfield and we drove to fetch the car. I paid the outstanding amount. We did the inspection and I signed. I enquired about the kilometre as I knew that we would exceed as we were driving to Durban and back. He said a kilometre it 9 rands and he adviced that its best if I add 2 more days so that I don’t pay for the extra kilometres. The number of days changed to 6 meaning we now have to return the car on the 9th of December 2023. All was well we went to Durban and came back on the 7th of December2023. We hooted at the gate no one opened the gate until after some time an old men opened the gate.I explained that we added 2 days so that we don’t pay extra for kilometres. He called a guy that was at the airport. I didn’t understand the guy at the airport but he said he will come. The guy arrived and explained that on his schedule this car is returning on the 9th I explained that we took extra days for the kilometres. He assisted by inspecting the car and explained that the holding deposit will be returned in 21 day etc. I received an email stating that the are going to take money from my holding deposit cause I exceeded the kilometres to my surprise on the invoice it shows I hired the car for 4 days. I sent a WhatsApp to Sello and he his response was he is sorting it out. Then it was quite until I sent a whatsapp again in January 2024. I called him and he said I forfeited the 2 days cause I returned the car on the 7th not the 9th and that did not make sense to me. All I want is my two days car hire to be paid back into my account cause I don’t even know what kind of a system you are using that a person can’t even trace the amounts paid to your company from my bank statement. Please assist with this ***** the invoice now says 4 days and the guy that received the car his schedule was right saying he will receive the car on the 9th of December 2024. I wonder how many clients suffered loss. Please investigate.
I submitted a claim on Monday and I am waiting for avbob to pay so that we can prepare for the funeral service.
Dstv whatsapp I wanted to clear an error and some how I ended being on Add on and I mistakenly selected Indian Movies and I was suppose to respond with a yes or a no and my response was the number 4 as that was my error code. I call Multichoice today and they tell me I need to pay reconnection fee and India movies that were added on to my account. When checked my balance on DStv whatsapp I have pay R556 and I paid R580.
I bought four 2litres of Amasi at Shoprite they were on sale and the expiry date its early August 2020. The sour milk is watery and gives a bitter taste.
Old mutual rejected my claim after I have reinstated the policy. Now they are not deducting from my bank the premiums of the policy that doesn't have a waiting period. They are deduction premiums for the one that has a waiting period. My theory is they want the policy that doesn't have a waiting period to lapse.
I had a serious bad experience with Old mutual funeral claims. I want my retirement money from the annuity I paid. You are crooks that can not be trusted. Terminate all my policies with you scammers.
I have been paying Old mutual funeral Group Scheme for more than 20 years. It's a paid up policy. That covers my parents. Due to financial difficulties I would miss payments and reinstate. I was advised by a one of their consultant that they would pay out a claim cause it's a paid up policy. I put in a claim and they rejected it.
