I would proudly give RCS Card a below zero rating
I would proudly give RCS Card a below zero rating. Unfortunately, Hellopeter rating limits one to lowest rate of 1. I would give them -5 (minus 5) if that was the highest of the lowest score. They nag one with sms's and calls even when one has pd. It makes 1 wonder if the accounting system used is accurate when one gets messages on non payment after having pd for a week, plus

And monthly i receive their floods of sms' advising me that i have not paid my account. This is a monthly bullying tact from MASSBUILD. Question then is: what happens to the money i pay, monthly if every month, i pay and get messages stating: i havent paid my account. I find this behavior uncalled for really.

I have NEVER had such WORST EXPERIENCES AS THE EXPERIENCES I have has with the Builders RCS Group service. I pay my account monthly yet, i get sms messages that tell me of my bad conduct, get calls from their RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL Agents, who are RUDE, FEEL THEY ARE HIGH AND MIGHTY. Even when you tell them you have pd and have sent POP's to the dozen RCS Group email addresses, they feel they have the right to be RUDE and they love their own voices that, they JUST DON'T LISTEN. WORST SERVICE EVER
