Massbuild / RCS – Account Paid in Full but Still Reflecting on ITC**
MASS BUILD 6010242100001271187 I am lodging this complaint out of deep frustration and urgency. I have settled my Massbuild (Builders) account **in full**, yet it is still reflecting on my ITC credit report as if there is an outstanding balance. This incorrect listing is now affecting my employment opportunities, and despite spending the entire morning yesterday trying to resolve it, I have received **no assistance** from any department. I contacted: - **Builders** – who could not provide a statement or any explanation - **RCS** – who informed me that the account has **prescribed**, yet they also could not assist with an updated statement or correction - **The debt collectors** – who could not locate my account or provide any documentation At this point, I have spoken to multiple people across all three entities, and not a single person has been able to tell me: 1. Where my payments were allocated 2. Why the account is still showing as outstanding 3. Why a prescribed account is still listed on ITC 4. Who is responsible for updating or correcting the information This is unacceptable. I have fulfilled my obligations, and the failure to update my credit profile is now causing **real financial and professional harm**. I urgently require: - A **final paid‑up letter** - A **full statement** showing the allocation of my payments - Immediate **correction of the ITC listing** - Written confirmation that the account is closed and settled I am requesting urgent assistance from someone who is actually able to resolve this matter. I cannot continue being sent in circles between Builders, RCS, and debt collectors while my name and livelihood are being affected. I expect a response and resolution **within 48 hours**.

And monthly i receive their floods of sms' advising me that i have not paid my account. This is a monthly bullying tact from MASSBUILD. Question then is: what happens to the money i pay, monthly if every month, i pay and get messages stating: i havent paid my account. I find this behavior uncalled for really.

Worst creditors ever
Worst creditors ever. I never missed payments. I pay my account monthly yet, they send messages requesting payments. If they cant acknowledge payments received, what does it mean???? Are they having a bad accounting system or???? It's embarrassing that we have such a big company yet, it fails to have proper systems to monitor payments received.

I have a Massbuild account
I have a Massbuild account. There is no month i haven't paid towards my account. As much as i have accepted the fact that, in spite of paying monthly, the debt doesn't move. What irritates is receiving sms's even after having paid. Does that mean, in spite of paying through Builders, Massbuild doesn't receive the money? Otherwise having made payments, i shouldn't be getting messages monthly to pay my account. Let alone the very uncouth & unprofessional employees who call you and only voices must be heard! Or

Account closed
Settled my account with them via MBD in April after paying a settlement discount I was given. I even have a settlement letter from MBD. Now this account keeps circulating around as I'm being called by different companies. 1st it was VVM and now it is Shapiro Shaik Defries. And when I finally speak to someone from their offices they tell me MBD never send them the relevant documents to close the account even after sending them the paid up letter from MBD.

Corruption in credit card careful
I had a credit card with them I paid it up but they are circulating my account to dept companies. Why would you do that while the account if paid up. You even flagged my account in my credit profile. This is sickening very bad as well. Account number 6010242100000874981 and a Ref is 78460638 at VVM

Massbuild Incompetence. Did not close my account when I paid it up, now owe money.
In 2020 I paid my account up in full. Today, I try and apply for credit facilities and apparently it says my Massbuild account is in Arrears. I closed this account. I can't get hold of anyone to help me sort this out. This show a complete lack of competence on the part of Massbuild. Clearly someone did not close the account.

In 2020 I paid my account up in full. Today, I try and apply for credit facilities and apparently it says my Massbuild account is in Arrears. I closed this account. I can't get hold of anyone to help me sort this out. This show a complete lack of competence on the part of Massbuild. Clearly someone did not close the account.

Fraudulent Judgement from Massbuild
I have a judgement on my name that was placed on my name. i receive smses every month saying that there is no payments due and also have never open this account. however when i contact them they do not have any record of this and are not willing to assist. the service i have received from massbuild not even being a client is more than enough to never open an account with them. they are also not willing to remove the judgement even though they state that i am on R0.00? this is just pathetic and restricts me now from getting any finance.
