Dissatisfaction with the Service

Dissatisfaction with the service received from DSV regarding the delivery of my bank card. Despite multiple attempts to make contact, none of my phone calls have been answered. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially considering the importance of the delivery.

The level of service I have experienced is unacceptable and does not meet basic customer service standards. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
