Terrible service
The worst service received...they have called and made arrangements on 3 different occasions to have my package from mtn delivered and its more than a week later still no delivery.

Misleading and false advertising.
FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISMENTS/PRICING Woolworths is advertising a buy 3 pay for 2 secial on selected chocolates.Last week while the special was running I wanted to by the chuckles and Lindt which were both on the special.When I wanted to check out I notices that the 3rd one wasn't free and I was still been charged about 50%.I mailed my complaint with a screenshot of my dash cart and haven't even heard back from them....

Harassment
Platinum life calls 3/4 times a day after you tell me them that you can't take theor cover. They insist on sending you a gift and guarantee you that you don't need to sign up but then they harass you. This shouldn't be allowed with the POPIA act...I've asked them on numerous time to stop calling me I can't take.out the cover.

MD Physicians(Emergency room consultants) at Life hospitals
I would give a zero if it was a option - The ER rooms at the Kingsbury Life hospital in the Western Cape are now managed by MD Physicians and they have decided that medical aid schemes are no longer accepted for emergency treatment...we make sure we have medical aid so should an emergency happen we have piece of mind we covered for treatment but at life hospitals in the western cape thats not the case _ this is unacceptable!

Poor customer service
I requested that my account be unlocked on Friday 01/12/2023 for me to make a purchase it’s the 04/12/2023 and after numerous calls my account still isn’t unlocked.

Service Complaint
I have tried to cancel my mothers landline for the longest time. The line hasn't worked for more than 2 years and we were told the line would be suspended as a result of this however she has still been receiving bills(the last one is over R900) - I was told to send my fathers death certificate to cancel it that way however I haven't received a response from the email address provided (on the cancellations link) …this is the worst service I've received all want is the landline to be cancelled and the latest outstanding balance written off.
