I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unreliable service I’ve received from DSV. My delivery was originally scheduled for the 24th of April, and it never arrived. After following up, I was promised it would be delivered by the 28th of April — once again, no delivery and no proper communication.

Now I’m being told I will only receive my package on the 4th of May 2026. That’s a total of 11 days waiting for something that was supposed to take no more than 4 days. This delay has caused me significant stress, as I urgently needed the contents of that package.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Broken promises, missed deadlines, and poor communication have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone who values reliability or professionalism.
