Frustration caused by this company

Such a disgusting service these people offer. One minute they promise to offer a settlement, the next minute they request that i must go around sourcing for quotes. Again, there's Bernice who doesn't respond to emails and her boss who tolerates her behaviour. Is this how they rob people?
