No one gets paid out

Absolutely pathetic services, no correspondence, no replies to emails, always one story after the other, blamed for an accident that was caused by their client, and after being promised numerous times that I would be paid out. I was told that the amount is a negative figure and that I should sort out my own damages to my vehicle. This company is robbing people, have not read one success story, contact me, if we can all get together and take on this company. We cant just let things slide anymore.
