A Charming Retreat
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming guest house, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The ambiance was very warm and relaxing, the only feedback I would like to give is that they must fix their water issues. The water had a funny smell and was brown in colour . Overall, I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming retreat. Whether for a romantic getaway or a solo escape, this guest house offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and tranquility.

A Charming Retreat

From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The ambiance was very warm and relaxing, the only feedback I would like to give is that they must fix their water issues. The water had a funny smell and was brown in colour . Dishonest staff that do not care about customer service.
Absolutely horrible experience with this property! After the manager complained about our later than expected check in and out of courtesy to the host, we offered to cancel the reservation as we were going to arrive 4 hours later than expected. The manager lied over the phone stating that this was acceptable and a refund will be forthcoming. The next day, Lindie now has no memory of this and it is our fault for not pitching.

<p>1. On my arrival the bed in my room wasn't made. Staff had to clean while I stood waiting.</p> <p>2. When I wanted to make coffee the glass that was stored inside the mug was stuck with terrible sticky goo.</p> <p>3. No key to enter the sliding door from outside and sliding door opens difficultly AND takes a few pulls to get it closed and to lock from the outside.</p> <p>4. Was told to park on otherside of the building even though there was parking space at my door. Had allot of luggage that I had to carry to my room. Wasnt even offered assistance. Surely if I could use the parking at my door it would have made it so much easier for me.</p> <p>5. Pool was out of order.</p> <p>6. 4 days after I put rubbish on a bin outside (couldnt fit in) it was still not removed. </p> <p>7. On website it stated "Aircon Rooms" my parents and daughter had airco0lers in their rooms. </p> <p>8. My parents DSTV remote did not work. They had to change channels manually.</p> <p>9. My chocolate mouse dissapeared out the fridge in the kitchen where we were allowed to keep our food cool.</p> <p>10. The chair in my room just dissapeared for a while. Thus I had to sit om my bed and work.</p> <p>11. Neither my parents nor my daughter and I could connect to the WiFi. </p> <p>12. I did not enjoy the plastic s****s that we received to make coffee NOR the powder milk.</p> <p>13. We were NOT happy to find a gentleman welding outside our windows. It meant that we could not open our windows or slidng doors. We had to keep our curtains closed for privacy. In rooms with closed windows and dooors with ONLY aricoolers, in the summer heat, was NO fun for any of us. </p> <p> </p>
