Do not trust Netflorist to deliver even reasonably on time for ANY day that matters to you! They've overcommitted South Africa YET AGAIN!! The last time they blamed the rain, I wonder what it will be this time. Still waiting for my wife's "The Whole Nine Yards" gift to be delivered. Netflorist, for guaranteed disappointment..
The JHB branch let me down badly when they failed to pitch on the day of my move until close to 6pm when the storage unit place was closed. A day's leave lost. Master Movers is more expensive than the smaller companies so we would expect more.
Awesome service when I booked a disaster of a rental which had mould, dirty carpets, cupboards, floors etc. I sent them photos of the issue and noted that the host became hostile. They processed my refund within 4 hours. You do need to call them as emails/messaging doesn't get escalated properly. I compare this to a Booking.com reservation where they just washed heir hands off it and said they can't or won't help. Remember this when choosing a platform.
Absolutely horrible experience with this property! After the manager complained about our later than expected check in and out of courtesy to the host, we offered to cancel the reservation as we were going to arrive 4 hours later than expected. The manager lied over the phone stating that this was acceptable and a refund will be forthcoming. The next day, Lindie now has no memory of this and it is our fault for not pitching.
