Top-notch service
I wish there were more stars to give Master Movers! I was extremely stressed about how I would move my furniture and appliances to Durban, but Master Movers came to my rescue. Carla supported me throughout the entire process, from providing quotes to ensuring that both the collection and delivery went smoothly. She kept me informed and made the whole experience much less stressful. The collection team was also excellent—professional, efficient, and very friendly. If I ever find myself missing home in Johannesburg and decide to move back, I will definitely use Master Movers again. Highly recommended!

Top-notch service
I wish there were more stars to give Master Movers! I was extremely stressed about how I would move my furniture and appliances to Durban, but Master Movers came to my rescue. A smooth and stress free moving experience
I was genuinely pleased by the high level of professionalism shown by the team at Master Movers. Fidelis and Paul, with whom I dealt directly, were a pleasure to work with, and the removal crew handled my furniture with great care and respect. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring. I would happily recommend Master Movers and will definitely use their services again in the future.

A smooth and stress free moving experience
I was genuinely pleased by the high level of professionalism shown by the team at Master Movers. Shocking Service and Poor Management
Incredibly poor service and accountability from management and owners. Take absolutely no responsibility for damages. Never return calls or emails. I would not use Master Movers for a house move

Poor Service and Communication and Accountability
Disappointing experience. Have had a number of issues go wrong with the business from drastically over priced quotes to poor communication. When i moved for the 3rd time i had damaged and missing goods. My 65 inch LED screen was smashed after they packed and moved it. When i asked for them to recover the damages they said it was not their responsibility and they told me to claim from my personal insurance. I would not recommend Master Movers and trust them with your household goods.
