Terrible customer service!!!!!
I spoke to an extremely rude customer service agent this morning called Dimakatso. Extremely disrespect, condescending, *********** and I don't think someone so terrible at her job should take calls. Foschini - Abusive Staff Members!!!!!
Foschini Sandton City wrote on their website that they close at 7pm. I rushed to the store and arrived at 6.50. I was not let in by Donovan who was standing at the door. I insisted on going in and he was hurling insults at me while I was shopping. He insisted that that is his door and what right do I have to go into the shop. Firstly, if the store closes at 7pm why are all the doors closed before then. Terrible customer service, terrible store and abusive staff members. DISCOVERY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO PAY CLAIM
Discovery Health will not pay my Covid Test Claim!!! I received the claim from dischem, exact same copy as my mother's. They paid her claim but will not pay mine! It has been over a year I have been chasing and asking them to pay this claim and they have given me different excuses everytime. Rubbish service and incompetent call centre and claims department!
