Terrible customer service!!!!!
I spoke to an extremely rude customer service agent this morning called Dimakatso. Extremely disrespect, condescending, *********** and I don't think someone so terrible at her job should take calls. This also shows that the training at Vodacom is pathetic. Vodacom is a terrible company with horrible customer service!

Foschini - Abusive Staff Members!!!!!
Foschini Sandton City wrote on their website that they close at 7pm. I rushed to the store and arrived at 6.50. I was not let in by Donovan who was standing at the door. I insisted on going in and he was hurling insults at me while I was shopping. He insisted that that is his door and what right do I have to go into the shop. Firstly, if the store closes at 7pm why are all the doors closed before then. Terrible customer service, terrible store and abusive staff members. Foschini hires abusive people who insult customers!

Disgusting service at Poetry Store.
I received the worst service from Poetry Sandton yesterday evening. I was at the till and asked the assistant if she could help me with one of the items as I wanted to buy it but was not sure what I could use it for, she said well she cant see what it is, I pointed at it and said its on the shelves by the wall. She said well she doesn't know what I'm talking about. I said, why don't you rather say, we go there and see what I'm talking about. She said she was too tired and it was in the evening (this was around 6 and the store closes at 7). I said but that is bad customer service, I want to buy the item and maybe even 2 of those items. She said well she didn't receive training in providing good customer service. We argued back and forth and at no point did we go to the item so we could discuss it and I buy it. So I didn't buy it, loss to your business. After so much money I've spent at Poetry over the years, it was hard for someone to assist and explain a product to me???? It was an absolute insult. I'm terribly disappointed that you hire staff that is too tired to do their work and who don't receive training!?? Awaiting your reply.

DISCOVERY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO PAY CLAIM
Discovery Health will not pay my Covid Test Claim!!! I received the claim from dischem, exact same copy as my mother's. They paid her claim but will not pay mine! It has been over a year I have been chasing and asking them to pay this claim and they have given me different excuses everytime. Rubbish service and incompetent call centre and claims department! PAY MY CLAIM!!!!!!

This is the worst company ever!!!! Useless is an understatement!!! I’m glad I cancelled my contract. Never to go back. Nobody must use this company, it must actually shut down its so useless.
