Good day, I am extremely disappointed with the service from Vuma. For several days, I have been receiving SMS notifications stating that a technician will come out to assist me. However, no technician ever arrives. I have rearranged my schedule and waited at home multiple times, only to be completely let down. When I contacted customer support, the situation became even more frustrating. The last agent I spoke to: Did not provide their name Repeated the same generic response about a technician being scheduled Ignored my request to keep the chat open until I received proper feedback Ended the chat abruptly within seconds There is clearly a serious lack of communication and accountability. Sending daily SMS updates with no actual follow-through is unacceptable. At this point, I feel ignored as a customer. I expect proper scheduling, honest communication, and accountability from support staff.

I am extremely frustrated with the service from SA Digital Villages. On Saturday, technicians came to install fibre at my home, but they arrived late and then informed me that the box/port on the pole was full. They said maintenance would need to install another port and that this would be done the same day. Unfortunately, no one came and the issue was never resolved. What makes this situation worse is that I have already paid for the service, yet I am still without internet. Since this morning I have been trying to contact SADV using the available phone numbers, but all of them go straight to voicemail and there is no response. I rely on internet access for both my schoolwork and my job, and this delay is seriously affecting my ability to work and study. At this point, the lack of communication and follow-up is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate urgent assistance to complete the installation and activate my connection as soon as possible, or clear communication on when this issue will actually be resolved.

The worst customer service experienced. I have been paying for a service for the last 3 months and no service has been received. Sill awaiting installation however my bank account gets debited monthly. They can't even do a smiple call back request from a manager. I have resulted to cancelation and refund, trusting it will be resolved

Suppose to be a service provider. No contact details, we are stuck with a whatapp that will keep you waiting for a live agent for over an hour. Quick to remind of payment but verily slow with assistance in. I am a very unhappy customer. One of the reasons I stopped payment for 3 months. All I can say is stay away from SAdv as your ISP for Vuma
