I placed an online order with the store, got a message that my order was delivered when it wasn't. A POD was sent to me that i never signed for. I am asking for a refund or have my order delivered but all i keep getting is messages from the team if weather or not i recieved my order.

this was by far my worst shopping experience, on the 30th of April i got an email saying my parcel was out for delivery, trust me i called on the 6th of May and sent an email of which i was promised that the parcel will be delivered the same die, which was a lie as it didn't get delivered i had to call again on the 7th only to find out the parcel is at the store but no one is bothering to communicate with me, mind you when you call sometimes they don't even answer their phone...the last communication i got which i didn't initiate was on the 30th of April, and please do not think i got an apology for this if anything the lady on the call asked if i am blaming her, which i had to remind her that she is a representative of Poetry. i honestly hope i wasn't treated like this because it was a race thing because yho such disrespect!

Last week, I contacted the head office of Poetry to enquire about the availability of a size 16 Niamh Animal-Print Shirt Dress for an upcoming special occasion. I was assisted in locating the dress at Eastgate Mall, and arrangements were made for it to be couriered to my nearest store. However, I was later informed via email that the dress had been set aside and then sold. This is extremely disappointing, as I do not understand how an item that was reserved for me was not properly marked to prevent it from being sold. What is even more concerning is the lack of communication. No one contacted me to explain the situation or offer an alternative solution, despite the urgency I had expressed regarding my event. I am very dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and would appreciate a clear explanation, as well as a solution to resolve this as soon as possible.
