I took a WiFi router with you, and it’s been 4 days now with no connection. I’ve been calling and being sent from pillar to post without any assistance. This is really disappointing service.
Last week, I contacted the head office of Poetry to enquire about the availability of a size 16 Niamh Animal-Print Shirt Dress for an upcoming special occasion. I was assisted in locating the dress at Eastgate Mall, and arrangements were made for it to be couriered to my nearest store. However, I was later informed via email that the dress had been set aside and then sold. This is extremely disappointing, as I do not understand how an item that was reserved for me was not properly marked to prevent it from being sold. What is even more concerning is the lack of communication. No one contacted me to explain the situation or offer an alternative solution, despite the urgency I had expressed regarding my event. I am very dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and would appreciate a clear explanation, as well as a solution to resolve this as soon as possible.
There is a promotion on the Foschini Beauty you buy one perfume and the second you get for 50% off. The second perfume I choose was already on 25% mark down from the original. Why put 50% off the one that is marked down whilst is 25% off. That’s daylight *******. On the 25% marked perfume on the picture it’s states 50% off. When I call the Bash contact center requesting clarification they hang up on me and they are very rude with me. They tell me it’s not their problem. I have never once experienced this kind of treatment from the TFG before. All I want is clarity.
