terrible customer service
I placed an online order with the store, got a message that my order was delivered when it wasn't. A POD was sent to me that i never signed for. I am asking for a refund or have my order delivered but all i keep getting is messages from the team if weather or not i recieved my order.0 replies

You are forced to make an appointment online but the website does not allow you to make bookings... I'm currently pregnant and will be giving birth soon and going on maternity, need to sort out papers but I cant even make a booking for my permit.
