terrible customer service
I placed an online order with the store, got a message that my order was delivered when it wasn't. A POD was sent to me that i never signed for. I am asking for a refund or have my order delivered but all i keep getting is messages from the team if weather or not i recieved my order.

LEP RENEWAL A NIGHTMRE
You are forced to make an appointment online but the website does not allow you to make bookings... I'm currently pregnant and will be giving birth soon and going on maternity, need to sort out papers but I cant even make a booking for my permit. I'm told there are no available dates yet!Wow

So I was late with my rent by 1 day, CSI is charging me R721 LOL! what a joke! To think I was ready to extend my lease with them. I thank God this happened before I could. Please stay away from this nonsense company

Roccomamas Mall of the South needs to up their game. The fries we got yesterday were so disgustingly greasy Manager is just relaxed and just not helpful at all. doesn't care at all about our complains.
