rocomamas lenasia is the worst
worst service ever. they didnt have coffee cups. coffee was watered down. we didnt even drink it. meals were served with food items short in it. and after ordering they decied to tell us they short of items. half the food comes. people that came way after us gets their meals half the people cant eat cos theres no food yet. the rest of us are waiting for the rest of our foods so everything gets cold. rocomamas lenasia is the worst i have ever seen. no apologies but our money was good enough to take

Customers Ignored …Unacceptable Service Standards
I am very disappointed by the poor service I experienced this afternoon at RocoMamas, Carnival Mall (around 3pm). As I approached the entrance with my son, a staff member clearly saw me and instructed another employee to assist at the door. The second employee walked toward me, made eye contact, and I greeted her,yet she chose to stop and have a conversation with someone else while I stood there waiting. I was left unattended for about 10–15 seconds and felt completely ignored and disrespected. I eventually walked away without placing my takeaway order. As I was leaving, I heard a staff member point out that the customer was walking away. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should be acknowledged promptly and treated with basic courtesy and respect. The staff member involved knows herself, and the team members who were at the front desk are aware of this incident.

best roco mamas around
rocomamas lenasia is awesome. best food i had in a long time. value for money. service i would give 7 stars if there was 7 stars. Super friendly staff, pleasant, and polite. what a pleasurable visit.

Compromising customers values
What started out as a beautiful evening ended in disappointment. My partner and I went to Rocomamas in Cresta on 14 Feb as a date night to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Everything went well until the live canvas painting part, I think it was the manager because she different attire on as compared to the rest of the staff anyway she explained to us how it works and when my partner said he doesn’t drink alcohol she kept pushing saying just a little bit and when he stood his ground she walked away in a different mood, she spoiled our evening honestly speaking. We will not compromise on our values for anyone.

Baywest PE G-Shake Code Error Staff Rude
Complaining regarding RocoMamas Baywest Shopping Mall. My mom visit store with a voucher code for G-Shake, there was plenty issues code was error in long braided hair Madams eyes, she couldn't even provide a slip with error. white woman blonde hair 100 chins was so Unhelpful and rude. Please People beware if you have a voucher (wi code) dont visit Baywest RocoMamas. Plenty white staff on the floor and seems they dislike skin colour people. Madam long braided hair no hair cover , her **** hair is roaming freely at a place where they serve food! Sies 🤢🥴🙄

Milky Bar sause
Don't get me wrong, but I Love Rocomamas. They are my favorite fast food restaurant. I often do rocomamas at least 5 times a month. However I am very disappointed with rocomamas Somerset mall. The novelty of the banna and Nutella waffle is there milkybar sauce. They never have,always making excuses but yet noone bothers to buy. I told the manager once I will bring my own sauce from home as he just **** again and said they just ran out. please buy milky bar sause
