Fell short on impressed🙄

I’m really disappointed with the service we received at RocoMamas (Mall of the South). While the atmosphere was decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Our order was incorrect, our drinks arrived late, and we waited about 15 minutes just for our shots. Attention to detail was clearly lacking. What was even more frustrating was how the food was prepared and presented — the chef placed the tomato directly on the bun, which completely affected the texture, and despite specifically asking for the sweet fire ribs with chillies on the side, they were placed on top of the ribs instead.

It’s disappointing when simple requests aren’t followed and basic service standards aren’t met. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves both communication and order accuracy.
