Makro has the worst service ever known , I ordered online only for the things to delivered separately why that is I don't know. Now I have waited for over 3 weeks for items that aren't coming I have requested multiple time from Ntando Khumalo, a customer agent who feels ignoring me is the better option. Don't do delivery if you can't fullfill.
Never waste your money or time, the worst service , they charged me for a canceled membership two years later, now I'm being threatened by lawyers for something I canceled, for money owed, you give them your card details how do you owe,when they debit????
I had help from Kopano from sales, I have never received such attentive and fast and great service from any rain employee, she was a pleasure to deal with and I was assisted in under 10 min, she really deserves a bells 🔔 👍 well done and thank you, you restored my faith in the company again
Rotten food that smells, to cold steak on a burning hot plate,, to over cooked food the worst part was the manager with a long beard Chris, who invalidated everything I said made me feel extremely unwelcome as if I don't know what I'm talking about. The only OK thing was the service I received from Noxolo,, racial profiling from that man was horrible, you shouldn't be working in customer services.
My delivery could not be delivered, no communication nothing, I sent an email nothing, I tried calling nothing, I spoke to robot, nothing eventually I spoke to an agent who didn't give me the time of day, very rude, worst is I am yet to be credited for their fault.
Rain is the absolute worst, Customer service is poor, everything about it is just not right, my details were messed up by them, payments made aren't captured in time, then it's fights constantly until they find the problem. It's constant arguments over things that really should not be an issue. I would shout on a blown horn to make sure people don't get ********** by you guys, you are the worst, in everything. Absolutely horrible service.
Honestly the worst broker, lack of care for clients, I contacted these people wanting assistance from them with medical oh, my gosh not only did I get the worst cover, consultants not knowing how to do their research but the worst cover, I feel like the have a blood pack with Medshield giving people the absolute worst service possible, I've found myself calling medshield because when eve I send an email to my broker I get a response 5 days or sometimes not at all, oooh but yes we have to pay them for the service they don't render
Fraudulent pyramid scheme, that's what it is it's not a medical aid, I have an outstanding hospital bill from September 2022, that has now been handed over why because they claim to be still waiting for authorization, I have emails from them that prove my follow up records, I have call logs the size of my leg trying to get help, but the min they want their debit order oh my stars they even send you smoke signals to let you know, if you ever want a medical aid, medshield is not it, medshield is the perfect adjective for Gaslighting, it's always your fault they haven't paid for a bill in four months even if you keep up to date with payments.
Aside from the obvious lack of interest from staff, the quality of the food is appalling, The food was mostly raw, and I say this boldly knowing that there was contamination. Not only do they not cater for people with allergies but have no warnings on their plaques, I am severely allergic to mutton, the same serving fork, when I asked for them to change Was given attitude, to add insult to injury the glasses, cutlery were filthy, we waited for 25 min in a very empty restaurant to get our drinks order, I still have a photo of the raw meat that was served to my brother who, by no surprise has to severe food poisoning. My anger stems from the fact that I did my in-service training with then" Southern Sun", our family has been going to this establishment since it was called Tuscany Buffet. Managment needs to change the way food is being prepared these are peoples lives you are toying with. rest assured I will make sure the correct action is taken.
<p>Last time your staff insulted me and to show I need no hard feelings , I order again this time I get one full sub and two halves of one, I AM NOT A DOG I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR LEFTOVERS.</p>
