I stayed at Palazzo, Monte Casino on 14 April 2026. I had the absolute worst experience for the R4,400 I spent and for a 5 star experience. You guys need to really up your standards!! 1. The room I was checked into had scratches on the door, the wallpaper on the wall outside my room and on the way from the lift to my room was falling off, there was things on the floor obstructing my way to the room. 1. At 10:00 am this morning there was banging on the walls with construction being done. 1. I called room service at 00:00 am, I had the worst service experience, when I asked which juices do you have, I was told, “go check the menu.” with a tone of attitude. I said, “thank you.” The call was cut on me. Would you stay here again if you had the same experience as me?

Good day, We went last night to watch Pretty Women in your theatre. I was very disappointed. The seating is terrible. No space for your legs. If you need to go to the toilet – everyone in the row needs to stand up – I think this is unacceptable! You really need to look at this. I see on social media this is a complaint of many. How can you enjoy a show – but you can’t even sit comfortably???? I really feel this a a BIG concern. I can tell you one thing for sure – I won’t book another show with you. They have a draw right where people are eating in restaurants. You can go deaf with the racket. Who is the brains behind this? Bins are full to overflowing in the food court. Toilets soap dispensers are empty. Come on guys , catch a wake up!

I am extremely concerned about the way my recent matter has been handled. I have been accused of taking a food parcel valued at R943, which I categorically deny. We had our own food parcels and drinks, which appears to have caused confusion. At no point was I given the opportunity to verify this allegation yet requested to sign. Despite this, a ban was imposed, and I was simply advised to submit an appeal, with no further assistance offered. This situation has been distressing and unfair.

Went for afternoon lunch and sundowners for Boxing Day with my sister. The ambience and scenery was amazing but the ****tails were absolutely horrible, I tried different one’s but that didn’t make much of a difference. I’m quite disappointed in how the staff handle customer complaints. The waiter just laughed it off and dismissed my disappointment. The manager didn’t do anything to rectify the situation and either.
