Poor Consultant Service & Disjointed Business Unit. Investec have **** to me on written email, saying they will pay money back into my account after an international transaction was returned to their Forex Account. I bought a BMW from WeBuy Cars, it was set as a platinum and the Dekra report said the vehicle is in very good condition but only to suffer the entire 6 months of owning the vehicle. Beware of the platinum stickers, it is just a money making scheme. Once you leave the dealer floor with that car your funeral begins.
Car Service City Rivonia, Sandton is the worst. This is not an RMI approved workshop at all, someone must investigate the qualifications of the technicians. The owner’s customer service is very poor as well. I took my car for a linking water coolant, I paid R22060.00 on the 19th August, R11404 on the 20th September and R17643.00 on 18th October 2024 for the same thing.
Nathaniel Sithole has failed to refund our R5000 reservation money paid via card at the Dome branch. The people on the call centre refuse to connect me to a manager after i pleaded with them several times. They keep taking me back to Nathaniel who promised a proof of payment to no victory. Please be careful of this Webuy cars ****.
Request for Paid up Letter - ID8711125497085 I paid my contract account and MTN consultants printed a zero balance invoice and statements but MTN refuse to give me a paid up letter….I emailed CIM_legal@mtn.co.za. I call and email them everyday.

I have been denied payment arrangement by MTN because I ported my phone to Vadacom after being a loyal customer for 13 years. Mtn has suddenly added R914,00 of data roaming to my MTN sky package account without my consent. Now my monthly bill is R2779...I have never requested for this
