We had such a wonderful time at Mabalingwe this past weekend. It was amazing to see all the animals. They are all in such good health. This is an absolute must for everyone to see. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our accommodation were perfect. Will definitely visit them again. I call it my new Happy Place!!! A BIG thank you to all at Mabalingwe. <3

I have emailed MTN. I have visited MTN Castle Gate in Pretoria and the service is pathetic. I have phoned several times - holding on forever. I spoke to Bonge on the 25th of June (Ref 1-45268497902). I spoke to Sibongelile (Ref 1-45268498446) on the 26th of June to correct my account details as for my postal address. I have asked them to remove Itimize Billing, which I never agreed to. They said they would refund me. I am still waiting. Before this I visited the MTN Store at Castle Gate and they reassured me that they will correct my email address on my statement - still showing incorrectly. After I have made so many thumb prints left and right for each little detail to be change. Still my MTN Statement shows the wrong address and I am paying more than I should. MTN service is pathetic. For two weeks we are trying to upgrade my husband Andre van der Westhuizen 083 4911 444. Now we want to cancel both his contracts with MTN. We tried doing this on the 19the of January 2022 at 14h25. We spoke to Neeren Govender at retensions. She said she will get back to us. Still nothing. This is not the first time we tried to cancel both contracts. Guess I will have to go to all social media and give them all the info who we spoke to several times. How long we have to hold on to get through etc.
I am very disappointed in LadyBird Eiendomme who is part of Property24. I saw a property online and made contact with Belinda van Zyl re a property that was to rent at Summer Place12 situated in 200 Dr van der Merwe Street in Montana Pretoria. She was very helpful at first. She emailed me many photo's. I organized with my son to have a look at the place as we are from Richards Bay. But even before my son went to see the place I told her we will take the place, because we could see from all the photo's this is (our) house. She and her husband spoke about it and she said she chose us for the house. We must just send her our bank statements, pay slips, ID document, which I did. So we confirmed that we will take the house. She also asked that I send a letter from my Boss to confirm that I will carry on working from the house even though we are moving from Richards Bay to Pretoria. I send the letter to her as promised today. I tried to phone her feeling very excited. At first she didn't answer. I then send her a whats up message - she still didn't reply. I then phoned again. She answered saying sorry they now decided to give the house to someone else. I am so disappointed! Because what do we do now? We thought we found a house. Now we are back to square 1. She let me believe that all is in order - I just had to send her the letter from my boss. My husband said they are just there to make money and most probably got offered more rent for the house. They always advertise that they will walk the way with you. But Belinda van Zyl from Ladybird Eiendomme in Montana you can not trust. We prayed for this house and that all will go well and I've put my trust in her. But very disappointed. I would like to know if there is any way I can take this further? I have got emails and plenty of what's up messages as proof. So so so so disappointed. My heart is really sore. :-(
I am very disappointed in the lab. My husband was in hospital with covid. We paid all relevant accounts Ref Y12310541 - Amount R3974.60 & Y12313507 - Amount R9928.70 & Y12326847 - Amount R3244.30. This is a total of R17147.60!!!!! The last account Ref Y12346791 - Amount R812.20 (R406.10 x 2) was charged wrongly on the 6th of August 2021. They only did one blood test and they charged for two identical tests. And only one test was done just before my husband was released on the 8th of August 2021. He has spoken to Lungile Cele from Lancet Richards Bay. He queried the account with her and she was suppose to come back to my husband, which she did not. In the meantime MC Mauff & Partners are harassing my husband with messages!!!! He made numerous calls and he spoke to the account dept from Lancet Jhburg. Then she wanted him to get a letter from Dr Coka, which is not his problem. Lancet made the mistake and they should correct this. Further action will be taken with Carte Blanch as my husband is harassed with messages from MC Mauff & Partners and this must stop immediately!!! They must rectify their Invoice. I have seen on their facebook page that they advertise a 2 bed chalet for R500 per night from May to August (calling it their Winter Special.) I wanted to book from the 12 to the 16th of July. But now they want to charge me R1000 a night. So I took a picture and forwarded it to them via messenger on facebook as well as to their email address asking that the Manager have a look. By right I feel they should give it to me at R500 a night, because this is how they advertised it. Please advice how I can take it further. Maybe to a onbudsman?
I have upgraded my cell number 2 weeks ago. I phone mtn last week Tuesday asking why I did not receive my new phone yet. They said it is with the courier. I said to her but no one contacted me. She then checked and saw that they have my data number. I explained to them I will never get that call because that sim is in a router. She then said she will give my new number to them. Well I am still waiting. I think the service is pathetic!!! How long am I now going yo wait. It is so hard to get through to them - they just do not answer. When I phoned last week I waited more than an hour listening to messages like this line is very busy but they will get to me. I've had ongoing problems with MTN. Every time I need to go to the store, where I also have to wait in the q!!! I'm fed up. I will not advice anyone to use MTN!!! My contact number is 0837908899! Hi, I am so tired of Edgars. I phoned 0860111826. First the phone is just put down in my ear. The second time I phoned I spoke to Jo at 16h15. She then put me through to the Insurance dept, but no answer. I also went into the store twice at Boardwalk Richards Bay, but were not able to help me, because they know nothing!!! I have a funeral policy since 2012. Now I received my statement and it doesn't show at all. What is going on? The service is pathetic!!! Secondly I tried to activate my movie card. I was told that I had to apply for it, which I did - but that doesn't show either. My account now just shows I am in credit with R203!!! So what must I do now? I've got a movie card - but it is not activated. The movie card number is 7353311545676008. Can you activate it? The Manager MTN Dear Sir / Madam I have phoned several times but no answer – I have taken many screenshots on my cell phone, which shows that I am holding on for more than a hour. I am fed up! Please cancel my contract No 0835308511 as well as contract 0835361310 with immediate effect. Mtn Direct in Richards Bay has made a mistake. I have upgraded my number 0832368237 on the 23rd of June 2020 – But Zander from MTN Direct Richards Bay made a mistake by upgrading the wrong number 0835361310. After many emails to mtn I had no response – so I had to go into MTN Direct Richards Bay twice already to correct this. The lady assured me that this number is cancelled. But still I am being charged. I will go online now and put in complaints on Facebook, Social Media as well as Hello Peter – Your service is pathetic!!!!
