Worst service award.
Property24 has absolutely no idea what customer service means. Dealing with them is an exercise in futility; they treat users with utter contempt and blatant arrogance. Their support team is clueless, inefficient, and seemingly instructed to make the process as agonising as possible. They also ignore emails. It is a dysfunctional, unprofessional sham of a service where customers are treated with disdain rather than respect. Zero stars if I could.

If you want to list your properties on P24, beware that the amount of **** leads generated through their system will ultimately inhibit you from finding actual legitimate buyers. Their staff are *********** and your queries never get resolved (This most likely due to a massive turnover of staff). DEFINITELY NOT THE GO TO PLATFORM LIKE THEY WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM.

If you want to list your properties on P24, beware that the amount of **** leads generated through their system will ultimately inhibit you from finding actual legitimate buyers. Their staff are *********** and your queries never get resolved (This most likely due to a massive turnover of staff). DEFINITELY NOT THE GO TO PLATFORM LIKE THEY WOULD LIKE TO CLAIM.

I was ****med for R5000 by these individuals which very sad .How can you allow ****mers ok your site . I thought this site is pure safety for home owners .we'll its my first time looking for a home. I am a smart guy but looking at property 24 ads ,I actually thought eveything is real. I have proof of my ****mer . Its a apartment in sparks road Durban 4092 . Its very sad. I reported the ad but its still live. People are getting ****med for there hard earned money . I will be reporting this to my lawyer as property 24 is to blame as they are not doing background checks for all of this which i find very disappointing.

I’m very disappointed that the company’s name is being damaged by individuals who are taking advantage of people and allegedly ****ming them while using your name. There is a woman called Zandile Ndlovu, using the cellphone number *** and ***, address 82 Tamboti Road Midrand, who is going around asking people looking to rent around Midrand to pay an “admission fee.” This is very concerning, as it appears she may be misrepresenting your company and exploiting potential tenants. I would really appreciate it if this matter could be investigated as soon as possible to prevent others from being taken advantage of.

Christoper Mkhwananzi listed a property for rent on Property24 under reference number P24-***, which later turned out to be a ****. He sent a video of the property, provided a lease agreement, and requested a deposit of R8,500 along with his banking details. On the day scheduled for the handover, his phone was disconnected. When we arrived at the property, we discovered that no such person was associated with the listing and realized that we had been ****med and de*****ed of R8,500. Not sure how this company survives???
I purchased a property report and recived an outdated l;ast transaction 2023 when i personally know of 5 properties sold since then. i sent report back with this deatil and was asked on what evidence i belive the report was old. i reinterated and was trhen asked for a copy of my municipal account!!!! What kind of fools are working there?

I purchased a property report and recived an outdated l;ast transaction 2023 when i personally know of 5 properties sold since then. i sent report back with this deatil and was asked on what evidence i belive the report was old. i reinterated and was trhen asked for a copy of my municipal account!!!! What kind of fools are working there?
