Dear Checkers, I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your drivers yesterday morning. The driver was extremely rude and shouted at my husband and me, claiming we were walking too slowly when exiting the gate. When we politely informed him that we would report his behavior, he brazenly told us to go ahead, which was shocking and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, which was blantly lacking in this interaction. I'm disappointed that Checkers would employ staff who exhibit such poor customer service skills, particularly when interacting with elderly or vulnerable customers. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and provide training to your drivers on the importance of treating customers with respect and dignity. I will be taking my business elsewhere if I do not see a marked improvement in the service provided by your drivers.
I seriously do not believe this...I just bought chicken at N1 city it is so dryy as wood I could barely eat this, why does woolies make chicken like this nowadays? The level of standard and calibre that woolworths holds, one would consider value for money when buying but this is really not what I signed up for?? Please look into this as this is not the chicken that one would consider, it looks like dry leftovers from yesterday!
I am livid as am writing this review!! I am on the polmed aquarium programme with maternal benefits am 39weeks and could give birth anytime!! Initially the welcome letter I received on the 6th Nov said I have 7 consultations and now I went for my 7th gynae visit on the 24th June and they rejected the claim. When I called Polmed today a lady by the name of Millicent informed me that the medical aid only pays for 2 scans on this option and was asking me questions if is my pregnancy high risk?where is the motivational letter from the dr for more scans?did my dr read my care plan as it is only 2 scans? Like seriously this is uncalled for this service is beyond horrible and unprofessional and I kept telling her that the frustration she is causing me on the phone will make me give birth as its really annoying me, no she still continued and further transferred me to anothet department. The new department now told me its 6 scans that they pay for and not 2, I literally had to go back to my welcome letter and inform her that its 7. She then later apologised and said its 7 on the letter but it should have been 6 and the case manager will call me to explain. Like what level of ridiculousness is this? You get 2 consultants saying different things and no solution at the end of the day! Polmed needs to do better and allign with the principles of Batho Pele. I regret joining this medical aid there is no uniformity and their customer service is super horrible no empathu or soft skills at all!!!
Pathetic,useless service!! I cancelled this tracker because from day 1 when my vehicle was still at the dealership it took very long to get the contract documents and I could not even track the vehicle on their useless app!! I told the lady that am very unhappy with this tracker am going back to netstar!! When I called the tracker to cancel thry only removed the added services and told me to write a formal email to cancel the tracker and I did that but now they are sending me a useless email saying its a 36month contract and am liable to pay!! I am very livid as I cancelled this from day 1 after I receved my car!! Cancel this tracker as I will not pay any monthly debit orders as I moved to netstar! The consumer protection act allows customers a fair process to cancel whenever they are not satisfied with goods and services and should not face any post sale barriers and this right here is contravening the act!!! REMOVE AND CANCEL MY NAME ON THIS USELESS TRACKER!!!
Yhoo Santam will always be my number 1 insurer. They have excellent efficient service. I have my car insurance with them so when I woke up this morning my bathtub and sink were blocked,I then remembered that Santam has a built in value added service that is part of the car insurance. I called them and in no time a plumber came to my house and my bath and sink are now sorted, and I did not pay a single cent! Thank you Santam!!! Wooop woopp!!
Polmed customer service is pathetic and unprofessional a lady called Karabo assisted me and she had absolutely no clue of what she was doing making me hold over and over confirming everything over and over, then to top it up kept saying in a condescending tone on the "lower plan that you are on"as if am not paying for it,when I adressed it she kept saying that she does this everyday and tells peoplw everyday that they are on lower or higher plans...well just because she does it everyday does not mean its correct, how about she refers to the name of the plan instead of referring to it as hig or low, she apologised only on the 3rd attempt, I seriously have an issue with unproffessional telephone etiquette and have never encounted such rude behaviour over the phone at polmed, can such behaviour be adressed and can customer service training for Karabo be more improved!!!!!
I bought a fan online at Makro, and when they delivered the fan there were parts missing and the fan was not even working, when I logged in the return request on whatsap they kept saying they will escalate it, and then when I went online to log a request there was no solid outcome, Yhooo am soo dissapointed with this and I have been planning to buy a washing machine and a few items with them I will change my mind I cant deal with this anymoreee!!!
I called standard bank a few minutes ago to make a payment arrangement with regards to my home loan and I spoke to a consultant called Melissa, from the collections department She is extremely rude and sounded irritated right through, at some point I had to call her out and told her I do not like the tone of her voice, and she apologised saying this is how she speaks in all her calls and does not aim to be disrepectful, now just because she speaks to majority like that it does not make it ok!! Now I am extremely angry and do not want to deal with a company that has consultants I have cancelled my home loan and also plan on moving all my policies as I and do not want to deal with such encounters in future who will make their clients feel small in any way. I do not appreciate the level of disrepect an unprofessionalism towards me or anybody else for that matter, this company needs to do better when it comes to customer service!!
Worst network for watching tv. Its too slow and keeps pausing all the time. We can not watch sports I am really dissapointed, yet the price just increased, I want a better and reliable wifi. Rain is the worst do not ever buy it!!I really regret it!!
