Walked into woolworths cafe greenstone and was complerely ignored as i waited to be served - the manageress looked at me ans chose to ignore me. We eventually walked out and as we were leaving she offered to help - we left.

Poor Service, I missed a payments on my account twice but having paid them they reduced my credit limit how pathetic l, their services are awful and sorry doesn't even help last year I was owing a lot of money I paid for it used 8 klips and they still wiped of the 5bgrabf I had I don't recommend any clothing account now they absolutely pathetic service I'm so disappointed now in them

I AM LITERALLY NEVER EVER placing an order online. I placed an order on the 17th July and expected delivery date was 22nd. No communication with or updates on the order. I call today to find out what is happening, only to be advised that my order was returned back to the warehouse. There's nothing that can be done for me to get my order.

I seriously do not believe this...I just bought chicken at N1 city it is so dryy as wood I could barely eat this, why does woolies make chicken like this nowadays? The level of standard and calibre that woolworths holds, one would consider value for money when buying but this is really not what I signed up for?? Please look into this as this is not the chicken that one would consider, it looks like dry leftovers from yesterday!

So I bought a iron from woolies at pavilion store.... Phillips..... was about R600.... in December. In Feb this year the iron gave up. Just stopped working. I didn't keep the box but had my slip. I went to the store and reported that the iron has stopped working and I only have my till slip to as proof of purchase as i thought having proof of purchase was enough. I did explain to the manager that I do not have the box he said unfortunately the cannot do anything for me and refused to to assist without the box. I mean R600 is alot of money.... he refused to refund me. Very disappointed in woolworths.....
