Absolutely pathetic I missed one payment we agreed for 3 months I pay off the areas and extra 2 grand now I must pay 800 from where I don't even know pathetic financial bank I tried to get ahold of them but they don't pick up u hold until. Your airtime gets finished it's time I changed finance institutions

BAD SERVICE WOOLIES
Poor Service, I missed a payments on my account twice but having paid them they reduced my credit limit how pathetic l, their services are awful and sorry doesn't even help last year I was owing a lot of money I paid for it used 8 klips and they still wiped of the 5bgrabf I had I don't recommend any clothing account now they absolutely pathetic service I'm so disappointed now in them

Bad Salesman Chris Siwela
Chris Siwela, You know me and this man we have come a bloddy long way however he takes too long to respond to my messages. I asked him for a podium he couldn't even do that I was pre-approved instead he gives me a long quotation. Don't even get me started on the dealership they did not want to give me my podium where as I have a right to have that. Like come on I asked him about the absa approval the guy says I have 20 days yet I had 1 day the deal had expired. Is this what VW is all about cause quite frankly I am put of by VW and the disgusting salesmans attitude at this point I'd much rather attempt to buy a Suzuki and I have been folling vw since 2014 imagine and this is the treatment I get. Even Bobby petkov of all people tells me about podiums I am sick of vw and awful salesman attitude like really pathetic. You really need to revamp the staff or whatever actually vw needs to be revamped globally I bet you Renault is more reliable at this rate. I won't even include the Chinese brands. Then the guys is quick to drop the phone on me like really when I wanted to prolong the conversation are you kidding me????????????????
