I recently took my car in for its second service and was assisted by Neo Matlala. When I went to collect my vehicle, I immediately noticed a strange noise coming from the rear wheel area, and there was smoke coming from the back wheels. This was very concerning, as the car did not have this issue before the service. I contacted Neo to explain what I had experienced, and I was informed that the brake pads had been changed without my prior knowledge or consent. This was never discussed with me beforehand. Since the service, my car has been making an unusual sound from the rear, and I am unsure what is causing it. I am disappointed that additional work was done without consultation and that I am now dealing with a new issue that wasn’t there before. I hope this matter can be addressed urgently and resolved properly.

My experience with VW RIVONIA was the best. From doing the application, getting it approved, and finally getting my baby in Limpopo was really smooth. With the help of Zinan and his team, I am a happy vehicle owner 😃

I bought a used VW Polo TSI DSG May 2025, I was assured that the vehicle is in good condition and the DSG transmission it is good as new according to the maintenances, but a month later the car gave me issues and made sounds, they took it back and claimed it was fine, only to find out that the car is using too much oil and 6 months later the DSG transmission stopped working and now I took it back, but they don’t want to fix it or assist, I even decided to take it back and they will add the mechanical breakdown even on the costs for me, which I have to lose more money because they sold me a car that wasn’t properly repaired. They don’t even care about customers, I wouldn’t recommend that dealership for anyone even my worst enemy.

My son purchased a brand new Suzuki Swift 1.2 GL CVT from Hatfield VW Rivonia in March 2025. In August, the car broke down with a dashboard error and overheating. Suzuki Gezina diagnosed a faulty harness and advised the vehicle should not be driven further. We immediately requested a refund, as the fault occurred within months of purchase. Despite clear communication, the dealership refused to consider a refund and insisted the car would only be repaired. Craig Schraibman from Hatfield VW confirmed this and referred us to the ombudsman if we were unhappy. It’s now been over three weeks, and we still haven’t received a formal diagnostics report or any clarity on the next steps. Under Section 56(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer has the right to return defective goods within six months and choose a refund, replacement, or repair. That choice was denied. Due to time and financial constraints, we’ve decided not to pursue the matter further — but we’re extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and transparency from both the dealership and Suzuki SA.

These people are greedy ****mers.. sent a lead to Lebo n she gave my number to Robson, the deal went through n client got the car and now they blocked and don't want to pay my money.. before blocking me they wanted me to remove my posts on social media so "they can pay my money"...

On the 23rd of July 2025 I purchased a 2025 Suzuki Swift I received such bad service. I was told I’ll get the car the following day time went by no communication from them. I contacted them and I was told they will call me back with feedback. They called me at 15:26 saying they busy with smash and grab and roadworthy they then called again at 15:46 saying my car will be delivered only for it to be delivered at 8:30pm!! What made matters worse is the radio that came with car there is no way a 2025 Model can have such a radio. I’m so disappointed by the overall experience

I bought a car in Dec from VW hatfield Revonia. But I only got the car in Jan. I drove the car for a few weeks and in Feb it started giving issues. I called the sales lady who assisted with selling the car. And she said I should return the car so that they can take a look at it, and in April they came and took the car for repairs, and it came back on the 2nd of May. End of May the car had issues again, I called the lady again and she telling ke to contact the technician Brian, I din that and he told me that the car has to go for repairs again. I spoke to Mina and she started by not answering my calls and now she is telling me that it had been 6months since they fixed the car. How when the car only came back in May and end of June the car is having issues again. She is now telling yo speak to the manager coz she can't handle the return issues coz I told her that I don't want the car. I'm stuck with a car that is not working and VW Revonia is not doing anything about the selling me a faulty car. I reached out to the manager and he is also not responding
