Vehicle Returned with New Issues After Service
I recently took my car in for its second service and was assisted by Neo Matlala. When I went to collect my vehicle, I immediately noticed a strange noise coming from the rear wheel area, and there was smoke coming from the back wheels. This was very concerning, as the car did not have this issue before the service. I contacted Neo to explain what I had experienced, and I was informed that the brake pads had been changed without my prior knowledge or consent. This was never discussed with me beforehand. Since the service, my car has been making an unusual sound from the rear, and I am unsure what is causing it. I am disappointed that additional work was done without consultation and that I am now dealing with a new issue that wasn’t there before. I hope this matter can be addressed urgently and resolved properly.

Ridiculous unmonitored, unexplainable accounts Debits
I had a contract which ended in May buy this year but I'm still debited even today went to their stores their agents couldn't even help cause they said I don't have any active account not contract with Telkom but still amazed how even today am still debited by Telkom

FNB helps nobody
Don't know how FNB helps it's clients, I have logged a request long time ago 24th Dec 2018 for recall funds to deposited to an FNB client Nicholas Pumlani Sibanyoni acc number ********** 1499 cell number ********** and this person cell number is not working they have been investigating for almost a month now how are they helping anybody if their clients are thieves and can get away with it

I made a payment to Nicholas Sibanyoni an FNB client and my bank advised me to do a recall on the money deposited however FNB is not even replying to the recall it's been weeks now since the 24th of December
