I do need to share this experience from these 2 ladies at Sterns Parow they were indeed friendly and had a solutions to my problem by not being able to issue a gift card, they explained the 2nd option available since they could not supply me with a gift card, they are indeed 2 gems and know what customer service is about thank you to Lamandi and Jayde
Im just trying to understand if there is perhaps a printing delay with Foshinis Gift Cards this was my second time attempting to buy a gift card however they don't have stock this might seem as a unnecessary review however you have to go from.store to store to get the gift card
While standing in the line pending to be helped i was turned away by to cashiers due to not accepting cash however they looked very sad not much friendly to assist i was very upset since its the store is busy and im already tired to be told I can't pay cash and card im trying to understand how they they work like this since its month end
Staff always friendly store neat and stock available if not there is always someone that offers to assist
I had such wonderful assistance with a gentlement by the name Voster he indeed went the extra mile by sorting my Wimpy app whereas when I visited 3 weeks ago I was told it the network issues so this gentleman was really a gem and indeed reflected what customer service should be like
This was the very first time walking Into woolies vangate mall and recieved such warm welcome greeting from a young gentlement Jon Pierre van de Ross it was such a pleasant example of what customer service should be.
Store is neat and clean staff friendly and quick to assist.
I had such a pleasant experience at the Dischem Parow store the lady Clarissa at the Till point actually stood up from her till to recommend a product for my face which has rewards on and also to my benefit I have the dischem Kaelo medical insurance excellent benefit. She was friendly and indeed a Phenomenal sales person even if she was only working at the Till Point
Customer service Nuzoko and Ruwayda As I entered pick pay it was busy however the service needs indeed to be addressed , the customer service manager Nuzoko greeted me with smile which I had to thank her showed interest in my issue and then Ruwayda was a sweetheart assisted me to the best of her abilities these ladies needs to be acknowledged with their excellent customer service behavior they indeed know how to treat customer . They should both be push to higher positions. However I was questioned by the Manager what is my issue since I'm saying the store gives bad service the more I'm explaining my issue how I was .being helped by certain staff the more it likes like he keeps asking what is my problem . So I told him in life I've learned we all have a view that doesn't mean we have to agree . So Pick n Pay please use those 2 ladies to show the rest of the staff what customer service is about including the Manager
Iconic Hair and Beauty Salon Nail Salon my first time visiting the beauty bar and it was such a Phenomenal treat I can surely say this will be my new home for a pedicure. The Nail Techinic Palesa that did my pedicure was indeed a qualified technician and well equiped. This indeed was a mini pamper done with love and care.
