I bought a box a Nappies size 4+ which suppose to be 120 nappies however when I opened the box I only received 2x pkts of 40 which is 80 nappies I’ve email thier customer service and I never get a response this have been since Sunday 1/03/2026 and if I’m not experiencing the nappies breaking then there is nappies that is short This is very upsetting as a box of nappies is suppose to be my months supply so what happens now I’m really upset Pampers I’ve been a customers for more than 6 years I have four kids and they all use/used Pampers but the service and products I’m getting lately is unacceptable I need a response from Pampers asap

Last year I contacted the customer care service at P&G to bring to their attention the defective wet wipes we received from Pampers (it was not the fist time we found the packaging on their wet wipes to be sup par). The packaging is terrible and tears which in turn dries the wet wipes out. I logged a case with their customer care team who, did not seem to understand the problem despite the pictures I had sent. Thereafter I was told it would be sent to the relevant department and radio silence after. We have since switched brands because the service is pathetic

Over the past couple of months I'm noticed the material and quality of pampers has changed. It's no longer absorbent either which caused my child to get a rash. From the 24 November I've been filling in the same questions as apparently my response wasn't received. The agent then went on to ask for a picture of my baby's nappy rash . She's a 2 year old baby girl. Which parent in their right mind would want to do that. Pampers was supposed to be "the best". This is truly disappointing

Friday(yesterday) I bought always ultra thin gem lock pads from clicks in a package of 8 and today I bought the same pads at discherm but 16 inside and they were different than the ones I bought at clicks. I have pictures if you interested I can email them this is unacceptable which one is selling **** between clicks n discherm or theres change

Ariel Power Gel 2L – Extremely Messy and Wasteful to Use I am very disappointed with the design and usability of the Ariel Power Gel 2L washing liquid. Each time I pour it into the washing machine, I have to wait an unusually long time for the liquid to drain out of the bottle. In today’s busy world, this is simply impractical. Once I replace the lid, the product continues to run down the sides of the bottle, leaving a sticky mess. I have to wash the bottle and my hands after every use, which is frustrating and time-consuming. As a pensioner, I cannot afford to waste product like this each time I do my washing. I hope Ariel will seriously look into improving the bottle design, as this product is far too messy and inconvenient to use in its current form.

Ariel Power Gel 2L – Extremely Messy and Wasteful to Use I am very disappointed with the design and usability of the Ariel Power Gel 2L washing liquid. I have been using defective Pampers now for almost 4 months including the new Aloe range and I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the quality. VERY VERY BAD!!! It loosens up at the thighs within an hour , leaving a massive gap for pee and poo to ooze right out onto everything giving me tons of washing to do daily and lots of clean up to do. Every single one so far! I am so livid because I have 120 + 76 x2 packs to go still. What a waste!

I have been using defective Pampers now for almost 4 months including the new Aloe range and I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the quality. VERY VERY BAD!!! We started with premium care and it was leaking from newborn diapers! We changed sizes and even blamed the way we positioned his jewels in the diaper...now we are using the "new and improved " aloe pampers and boy is it a waste of money. The sides around the leg are loose as in in no elastic, causing a mess each time he pees or ****s. Really disappointed 😞 Even cheaper brands make better diapers than this. I am so livid! Wasted so much of my money for 4 months now.
