Pls explain what's the 341 failed purchase fee is for as I haven't made any purchases with my account in months. I really don't know what is happening to FNB it's like banking with ****mers.
Why is the alway ultra thin gem lock different from the one I normally buy, I bought it today and it's a complete different quality inside. Is it **** or did always change the product.
Friday(yesterday) I bought always ultra thin gem lock pads from clicks in a package of 8 and today I bought the same pads at discherm but 16 inside and they were different than the ones I bought at clicks. I have pictures if you interested I can email them this is unacceptable which one is selling **** between clicks n discherm or theres change
Wages not cleared, it's over 8 hours since 24h00 bt it's still pending and there's no sense of urgency from FNB,
In the morning I used Mr D to buy at Wimpy and the food was collected then after few minutes the driver cancels the order, I phoned Mr D asking the reason for the cancelation, 1st I was told I'm not present at my address mind you I've been tracking the driver she ddnt move at all before canceling the order so I say no I'm outside the house there's no way I was gonna miss the delivery n I ddnt get a call, the 2nd explanation was no we don't deliver to your area again I asked why dd I get the delivery option on the app and also it's not the 1st time I'm ordering for delivery. I live in a small town after searching I managed to phone the driver directly and to my shock she was so rude talking abt how Mr D doesn't deliver in my area yet she said I wasn't present at home, Sad that you don't vet your drivers BTW I still don't know what were her intentions myb she thought I would just sit and do nothing or myb it's this new thing of *****ing food made on card payment. I got my refund bt not after fighting which I hate. Pls use credible drivers with a knowledge of customer service cause I'm sure the driver thought I was just gonna let it be n give up my money. I got refunded thanx to your helpful consultant that made my refund
I haven't had any feedback regarding my case and I phoned on Tuesday and I was told the lady (Nokwanda), that is handling my case will get back to me within 24 hours, till today I havent received a call, sadly it's not the first I'm writing here complaining abt the lack of urgency and feedback from scorpion. Your service is very poor.
Don't even know why theres no zero star coz u don't deserve even one star, I struggled with ewallet and card less withdrawal the app kept giving me error messages about opening location which was open, I ddnt have my cards with me such inconvenience. Im really starting to hate fnb bank
I'm trying to understand the unpaid item fund how does it occur when there was money in my account and if the items where unpaid why the fee doesn't include the money for the item that u claim were unpaid, let's say a R100 is unpaid why not charge the R100 plus your R45 fine, and no money came in my account after I made a purchase which I believe if there wasn't enough money my card would decline. Fnb is really ****ming us
Im still waiting for my order from Aramex who's claiming they delivered it yet they ddnt. I don't know why u using aramex with their poor service. Disappointment is an understatement
You don't deserve this 1 star, my order is not yet delivered yet you lie and send an sms that it's delivered and when I call I get rude consultant who tell me about an incorrect code, ****ty service
