Dear Estée Lauder Customer Service I am writing to raise a concern about a foundation I recently purchased. I regularly use your foundation products and have always been satisfied with the quality, which is why I continue to purchase them despite the premium price. However, after my most recent purchase from Edgars, I noticed that the texture of the foundation seems different from what I usually experience. I have very oily skin and am fami**** with how this product normally performs, but this time it makes my skin excessively shiny, rubs off easily, and does not provide the same finish or staying power as before. I would like to know whether there have been any recent changes or reformulations to this product. Additionally, no consultant informed me of any changes at the time of purchase. I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter and advising on how this issue can be resolved. I cant afford to throw away R 900 and having to repurchase something else. Thank you for your time and assistance. I would appreciate a total refund on my account as Estee Lauder is not communicating with me

Having quite an annoying week with Estee Lauder. Firstly , received an email that clearly states a further 10% off of the 30% special and EL are refusing to acknowledge that. Then today I placed an order, paid for it, provided proof to the consultant that the money was indeed deducted off my credit card but no email received indicating products were paid for, and she explained that it was a system glitch and that I will be refunded within 10 working days, instead of providing me with the products. In the meantime, the sale will be over and I would've lost out on the special. Point being, if I have paid for the products and shown proof, why can I not just get what I paid for? Why oh why is this such an issue? The consultant, like a robot, keept saying system glitch 😡😡

I bought a foundation from edgars online, I recieved an incorrect colour shade, when I returned it to an edgars store in zevenwacht maal, I was told to take it to Somersaet West mall or to Tygervalley Mall, I told them I will not do that as the edgars policy says an online item can be returned at any edgars store. they called a manager (Meagan) for me who told me she willnot take the foundation because i did not buy it from them. i told them the policy says i can return it at any edgars store, she was not apologetic and when I told her that, she said her name is Meagan not edgars and she is just an employee at edgars. i told her i will not go home with the foundation as it isnot what i ordered.

ESTEE’ LAUDER offer a 1st time online Discount but make it impossible to apply, their full size packaging products are way smaller that other leading Cosmetic houses, they offer free samples with pics of travel size then they send a 0.01g sachet, you get a travel size foundation when on their website your order is for a discounted FULL SIZE, this Company is stingy and sneaky with quantity and value,the comparison to CLARINS is blinding! I will never again support ESTEE LAUDER and the biggest disappointment when it comes to transparency and customer care, ZERO compared to other CO’s. TAMARA ignored all my e mails and didn’t even bother to respond. Shocking

Im still waiting for my order from Aramex who's claiming they delivered it yet they ddnt. I don't know why u using aramex with their poor service. Disappointment is an understatement

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my refund for a returned product from an order placed in November 2024. On November 13, 2024, I contacted Estée Lauder to initiate a return for one of two similar products purchased. A return was promptly arranged, and the item was collected by your courier within a few days. However, since then, I have experienced a series of unacceptable delays and inconsistencies in your customer service: Lack of Proactive Communication: I was not informed of the refund being processed to my "profile" on December 2nd. I had to initiate contact to receive this information, and no email or text notification was provided. Repeated Delays and Requests: Despite numerous follow-ups on December 12th, 30th, 31st, January 14th, and January 24th, I have consistently been met with requests for "more time" and, inexplicably, repeated requests for my bank account details. This indicates a severe lack of internal communication and record-keeping. Inconsistent Information: On February 3rd, I was informed via email that the refund process requires 30 days. This information was not previously communicated, and it contradicts the numerous earlier assurances of prompt processing. Furthermore, even adhering to a 30 day refund policy, the time period has long expired. Failure to honor previously agreed upon refund process: I was not told I would be waiting 30 days, I was told it would be refunded to my profile, and then my bank account. This entire process has been marked by: Repeated requests for the same information. A complete lack of proactive communication. Inconsistent and contradictory information. An unacceptable delay of over two months. I am utterly frustrated by the incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by your customer service team. While I appreciate the quality of Estée Lauder products, this experience has severely damaged my trust in your company.
