I cannot get hold of anyone at your head offices to assist regarding a t shirt my hubby bought 2 weeks ago that’s shrunk ! All your jackets great , but we’ve never bought Tshirts from CAPE UNION , so rather shocked !
I have received terrible service from FIVE Mr Price Home stores since Sunday 15/2 ( looking for a particular item I had seen at another Mr Price home ) I usually have good service , purchased A LOT OF VARIOUS ITEMS OVER THE YEARS , however Mr Price Home won’t be seeing me for A VERY LONG TIME ……service - the can’t even spell the word ……

DIAL A BED -On the 10/01/26 we went to your Clearwater dial a bed to purchase a mattress ( king size) together with a mattress protector and an indulgence cooling charcoal pillow ( not even sure if it was the correct one because when we went in on Sunday to confirm and pay - some of the information regarding the purchases weren’t correct. The mattress , pillow and mattress protector were delivered i”on Tuesday 13/1. Coming mmmm n sense I know a mattress nor mattress protector can be returned- common sense ..However when I got home from work my helper had placed the pillow in a pillow case on our new bed - However on going closer to the pillow the smell of charcoal / chemicals was overpowering and I knew I would not be able to sleep on it . I immediately took the pillow case off ( that now also had a chemical/ charcoal smell and placed the pillow back in the box . I returned to the store today to explain and return it and was told I couldn’t! .it is stated in the fine print the manager / supervisor himself battled to find the sentencr in the fine print. At no time was this brought to our attention. No solution was offered except to advise that it was a breathable pillow and I should place it in the sun ! I’m dissapointed that the return of pillows was not highlighted- I have returned pillows to other stores before no issue ( yes I’m very particular about my pillow . Is there anyway this can be resolved ?

I had such good service and polite service from MPUMI in your cosmetic department( Clicks Clearwater ) today ( I rarely if ever do in the other Clicks cosmetics ) she watched me apply a foundation and in a diplomatic way said do it this way - not embarrassing me . We both had a good laugh - she is a REAL GEM .THANK YOU MPUMI ! Unfortunately my colour was sold out so I couldn’t give her the sale .
Received a slip after paying at Pick n pay Honey junction - advising that I’ve got a wish , I need to go to the app - I do - scratch and win in the smart shopper tab by 7/12 ( tomorrow ) I go to the app nothing ! Phone the call centre 3 transfer is to the app dept , who GUESS WHAT THEY CANT HELP ME !!! I’m not the first caller they’ve had today ! I apologize , I apologize …fantastic manners but of no resolution to my query ! It’s been escalated to the technical dept / me ‘May I speak to someone in the tech dept ? ‘ Unfortunately not we aren’t allowed to transfer customers to them me / ‘so now ‘ ? I apologize!!!!! REALLY PICK N PAY !!!

Huge shout out and thank you to the area manager for Cresta and surrounds - there was an issue at one of the branches and when I complained the area manager was on the phone immediately- I was told to go to Lancôme in Woolworths Cresta and received a gift bag - totally unexpected- THANK YOU for awesome service.
