Polokwane Stores says permanently shut online the internet. I bought beds before at the branch close to Mica. I am very disappointed that the company decided to move the brand to Farmyard. I drove to Lifestyle center only to find that they changed the store to something else. I was advised that I had to drive back to Mall of The North to get a Dial a Bed close to me. When you get to Farmyard now you need to search for the store. I am truly disappointed by the fact that there is no proper information regarding the move. There was no proper information about any of this. I opted to not go to Farmyard

I ordered a bed base a month ago and still have not received it. I also have not received a refund. So basically, you pay for something you never receive. Communication is also terrible. No feedback. The main number to dial a bed online purchases is out of order as well so you are forced to email and pray for a response. Be warned before purchasing from dial-a-bed online. If your order is small they seem not to care about it.

I ordered a bed base a month ago and still have not received it. I also have not received a refund. So basically, you pay for something you never receive. Communication is also terrible. No feedback. The main number to dial a bed online purchases is out of order as well so you are forced to email and pray for a response. Be warned before purchasing from dial-a-bed online. If your order is small they seem not to care about it.

Ordered a bed more than 10 days ago- Ordered never processed - got told again order was never processed and we have to wait 10 more days Got told today that they have no stock.. 10 more days !!!!!!! Do not order beds here. Promise a lead time of 10 days.. you wait 20 days.

I am extremely disappointed on the quality of the bed. I purchased the bed on the 27/02/2026 and it was delivered the following day. It’s been almost 2 weeks since i bought the bed but it is already making squeaky sounds. I bought a Restonic firm double bed online in hopes that i wont have to purchase a bed in the next 3 years. What’s sad is that it was recommended by a friend to buy a bed at dial a bed as it known for its best quality. I have sent emails and tried to call them but the phone just ring and no one answers. I think they rely on automated replies hence they don’t even check their emails.

I’ve put my online order in at Dail a bed on Monday morning at 06h00 for a double bed set and Thursday delivery has been made with a double bed mattress with a three quarter base. I sent it back and expect delivery to be made on Friday as the agent said that will be the case. Today is Friday and the agent said it will only be delivered on Saturday after I explained to them it is their fault to sent the wrong order at first and their system being offline since Monday. I am deeply disappointed in their service. I ordered the bed set on Monday because I am having family over for the weekend but until today there’s no bed.

The contractors were unprofessional andcareless!, mixing old mattresses with the clients new mattresses and the store seems to use this as an excuse to avoid accountability. I expected a premium experience and instead got a budget-tier product with zero oversight."the bed was still under warranty and guaruntee but they refuse to replace it with the same price value, they wanted me to pay in extra money in order to receive another bed!
